Terry Hayes really cares

I had a stroke a few years ago and in trying to refinance my mortgage the bank gave me a really hard time.  They said I didn't have a big enough mortgage to make it worth their while and told me I was late on a payment and if I didn't pay up they were going to take my home.

  I was only two weeks late because they require a coupon to be sent in with the monthly payment and they never sent it to me.  They told me that it would cost $20 to have them take it directly from my account and that would be charged every month. 

They called me on a Friday afternoon and told me they were going to foreclose and I was beside myself with worry.  Terry Hayes found the right person in Augusta that could help me and he called me at 4:30 p.m. that afternoon to tell me not to worry. 

Terry came to my house and helped me with all of the application paperwork and even faxed it for me. She was wonderful and the end result is that the bank will now take the money right out of my checking account without any monthly fees. 

It has been a very hard year for me and i don't know what I would have done without Terry Hayes.  She really cares about the people she represents.
