Thanks for the summer memories

To the Editor:

I would like to send a belated thank you to the South Paris Park and Recreation Committee for providing safe, fun and entertaining Wednesdays in the park this summer.

It was so nice to have this summer series to look forward to and was so much fun to watch all ages enjoy the variety of activities.

Thank you to the Oxford Federal Credit Union for supplying water and backpacks with a cool surprise inside at one of the concerts.

Last, but not least, thank you to the fire departments that worked hard to bring back Fire Safety Day at the Norway Fire Station!

It was a lot of work to put all of these events together but to watch the children and to be able to spend quality time making fun memories is priceless, especially to this grandma.

I hope you all get to experience at least one of these events next year so that memories can be passed on for many years.
