Calendar should include 9/11

To the Editor:

I've had a W.J. Wheeler Insurance calendar for many years and have enjoyed the large print which is easy to see and with room enough to write down my appointments and activities going on.

On this date when the terrorists bombed New York City and the Pentagon, it isn't even mentioned on the calendar. Instead it gives the date of some short story writer born in 1862.

Doesn't it matter that over 3,000 people were killed on this date?

I'm afraid too many people have forgotten.
