Mills, Betancourt engaged

OXFORD — Mariano and Dawn Mills of Oxford announce the engagement of their daughter, Jasinda Mills of Oxford, to Elvin Betancourt of Portland, son of Elvin and Xiomara Betancourt of Honduras.

Miss Mills graduated from Oxford Hills Comprehensive High School and is currently a student at SMCC for Radiography. She is employed at Barron Center in Portland as a Certified Nursing Assistant.

Mr. Betancourt attended school in Honduras and is currently enrolled in Language Studies at West School in Portland. He is self-employed as a general contractor.

A December 15 wedding is planned.
