OUIs

The following drivers were apprehended by local law enforcement and charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle While Under the Influence of an Intoxicating Substance (OUI): 

Mark A. Starbird, 47, of Waterford, was arrested at 1:57 a.m. on January 26 on Main Street in Paris and charged with OUI. Paris Police Officer Harry Sims made the arrest. Starbird has one prior OUI conviction from 2008.

Dale V. Haley, 50, of Rumford was arrested at 10:05 p.m. on July 28 on Route 5 in Bethel and charged with OUI. Oxford County Deputy George Cayer made the arrest. Haley has one prior OUI conviction from 1989.
