The following driver was apprehended by local law enforcement and charged with Operating a Vehicle a Motor Vehicle While Under the Influence of an Intoxicating Substance (OUI):

Wesley J. Coffin, 41, of Lewiston was arrested at 10 p.m. on November 9 on Route 26 in West Paris and charged with OUI. State Trooper Nathaniel Jamo made the arrest. Coffin has one prior OUI conviction from 2002.
