PARIS — The following is the Closed Case Report from Maine District Court in Oxford County from October 1, to October 31.

David Morrill, DOB 7/10/81, of South Paris, was charge with Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer on 9/8/12 in Oxford by Oxford Police. He was found guilty and fined $100.

Michael B. Murphy, DOB 10/14/51, of Norway, was charged with Possession of Marijuana, up to 1 1/4 ounce, on 8/7/12 in Norway by Norway Police. He was found guilty be default and fined $350.

Jayson Levi Nelson, DOB 7/27/77, of Hebron, was charged with Possession of Marijuana, up to 1 1/4 ounce, on 8/4/12 in Hebron by Maine State Police. He was found guilty and fined $350.

Joshua A. Pike, DOB 2/15/90, of Norway, was charged with Violating Condition of Release on 10/14/12 in Norway by Norway Police. He was found guilty and no result given.

Benik Reef, DOB 19/16/92, of Welwyn Garden City, was charged with Minor Consuming Liquor on 8/17/12 in Waterford by Oxford Sheriff. He was found guilty and fined $200.

Samuel Ridlon, DOB 9/10/71, of Stoneham, was charged with Operating ATV on Public Way on 5/30/11 in Stoneham by Oxford Sheriff. He was found guilty and fined $100.

James Oliver Shaw, DOB 1/23/93, of Chosen, was charged with Minor Possessing Liquor on 8/17/12 in Waterford by Oxford Sheriff. He was found guilty by default and fined $200.

Aaron J. Skidgell, DOB 10/21/91, of Woodstock, was charged with Operating Unregistered ATV on 8/11/12 in Woodstock by Game Warden. He was found guilty and fined $200.

Ronald David Small II, DOB 5/16/78, of Gray, was charged with Sale and Use of Drug Paraphernalia on 8/17/12 in Buckfield by Maine State Police. He was found guilty and fined $300.

Rene F. Smiley, DOB 5/5/92, of Livermore, was charged with Attaching False Plates on 8/3/12 in Buckfield by Maine State Police. He was found guilty and fined $100.

Alena Smirnova, DOB 9/23/92, was charged with Minor Consuming Liquor on 8/17/12 in Waterford by Oxford Sheriff. She was found guilty by default and fined $200.

Travis J. Smith, DOB 12/17/92, of Mayfield Heights, OH, was charged with Failing to Display ATV Registration Numbers on 7/14/12 in Waterford by Game Warden. He was found guilty and fined $100.

Kenneth C. Stinchfield, DOB 3/18/69, of Hiram, was charged with Assault on 8/21/12 in Hiram by Maine State Police. The charge was dropped.

Teresa H. Stolzenburg, DOB 2/20/76, of Waterford, was charged with Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer on 9/4/12 in Oxford by Oxford Police. She was found guilty and fined $100 and restitution of $35.57.

Eric S. Storey, DOB 10/21/64, of Greenwood, was charged with Violating Condition of Release on 10/11/12 in Greenwood by Maine State Police. He was found guilty and sentenced for 36 hours.
