The following driver was apprehended by local law enforcement and charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle While Under the Influence of an Intoxicating Substance (OUI): 

Deniece Marie Cannon, 45, of Woodstock was arrested at 9:50 a.m. on November 4 on Route 26 in Woodstock and charged with OUI. State Police Trooper Adam Fillebrown made the arrest. Cannon has one prior OUI conviction from 1999.
