Elizabeth M. Ambrose, DOB 8/30/48, of Harrison, was charged with Failure to Register Vehicle on 9/24/12 in Norway by Norway Police. She was found guilty and fined $100.

Christopher Allen Barnard, DOB 2/11/50, of Norway, was charged with Violating Condition of Release on 8/9/12 in Norway by Norway Police. The charge was dropped.

Patricia Bean, of Paris, was charged with Allowing Dog to be at Large-Priors on 10/15/12 in Paris by Paris Police. She was found guilty and fined $150.

Oliver N. Bentley, DOB 12/20/93, of Chalfont St. Peter, was charged with Minor Consuming Liquor on 8/17/12 in Waterford by Oxford Sheriff. He was found guilty by default and fined $200.

Michael J. Berriault, DOB 7/7/87, of Norway, was charged with Disorderly Conduct, Loud Noise, Private Place on 8/8/12 in Norway by Norway Police. The charge was dropped.

John R. Bromley, DOB 5/19/72, of Fryeburg, was charged with Fugitive from Justice on 10/23/12 in Paris by Oxford Sheriff. The charge was dropped.

Joshua R. Brown, DOB 3/27/84, of Hebron, was charged with Operating Vehicle without License on 8/4/12 in Paris by Maine State Police. He was found guilty and fined $150.

Robert Bylsma, DOB 8/8/70, of Orrington, was charged with Fishing without Valid License on 7/7/123 in Stoneham by Game Warden. He was found guilty and fined $100.

Ryan G. Bzibzion, DOB 7/3/94, of Eden, NY, was charged with Minor Possessing Liquor on 8/17/12 in Waterford by Oxford Sheriff. He was found guilty by default and fined $200.

Charles E. Carr, DOB 8/28/89, of Oxford, was charged with Sale and Use of Drug Paraphernalia on 8/21/12 in Oxford by Oxford Police. He was found guilty and fined $100.

Tristan R. Colhoun, DOB 8/15/93, of Belfast, was charged with Minor Consuming Liquor on 8/17/12 in Waterford by Oxford Sheriff. He was found guilty by default and fined $200.

Harold D. Conley Jr., DOB 7/9/87, of Dixfield, was charged with Operating Unregistered ATV on 8/11/12 in Woodstock by Game Warden. He was found guilty and fined $200.

Lawrence J. Curtis, DOB 3/10/53, of South Paris, was charged with Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer on 9/24/12 in Oxford by Oxford Police. He was found guilty and fined $100 and restitution of $46.85.

Logan Taylor Anthony Cyr, DOB 4/8/93, of Buckfield, was charged with Sale and Use of Drug Paraphernalia on 4/11/12 in Sumner by Maine State Police. The charge was dropped.

Dreak Delancy, DOB 7/24/83, of South Paris, was charged with Attaching False Plates on 7/29/12 in Norway by Norway Police. He was found guilty and fined $100.

Jeremy S. Farrar, DOB 2/26/84, of Hebron, was charged with Motor Vehicle Speeding, 30+ mph Over Speed Limit on 9/12/12 in Waterford by Oxford Sheriff. He was found guilty and fined $300.

Benjamin Fernald, DOB 1/5/94, of Rockport, was charged with Minor Possessing Liquor on 8/1712 in Waterford by Oxford Sheriff. He was found guilty by default and fined $200.

Brian Flanders, DOB 3/6/88, of Buckfield, was charged with Sale and Use of Drug Paraphernalia on 8/17/12 in Oxford by Maine State Police. He was found guilty by default and fined $300.

Daniel Robert Friar, DOB 8/21/91, of Guilford, was charged with Minor Possessing Liquor on 8/17/12 in Waterford by Oxford Sheriff. He was found guilty and fined $200.

Garnett M. Gonzales, DOB 9/10/91, of Dedham, was charged with Minor Possessing Liquor on 8/17/12 in Waterford by Oxford Sheriff. He was found guilty and fined $200.

Stephanie L. Gould, DOB 4/15/78, of Greenwood, was charged with Allowing Dog to be at Large on 8/10/12 in Greenwood by Greenwood Police. She was found guilty by default and fined $50.

John A. Hatch Jr., DOB 8/31/84, of West Paris, was charged with Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer on 7/10/12 in Oxford by Oxford Police. He was found guilty and fined $100.

James Gilbert Heikkinen, DOB 5/29/61, of Rumford, was charged with Violating Condition of Release on 10/10/12 in Paris by Paris Police. He was found guilty and sentenced for 36 hours.

Brenda J. Johnson, DOB 2/13/55, of South Paris,was charged with OUI on 7/21/12 in Paris by Paris Police. She was found guilty and fined $500 and license suspended for 90 days.

Erica Johnson, DOB 3/10/92, of West Paris, was charged with Domestic Violence Assault on 2/5/12 in Norway by Norway Police. The charge was dropped.

Shawn M. Knight, DOB 5/31/78, of South Paris, was charged with Operating ATV on Highway on 6/20/12 in South Paris by Game Warden. He was found guilty and fined $100.

Denis C. Lecours, DOB 8/12/86, of Carthage, was charged with Operating Unregistered ATV on 8/11/12 in Woodstock by Game Warden. A waiver was issued and the fine was $200.

Cody V. P. Lemieux, DOB 7/26/89, of Portland, was charged with Possession of Marijuana, up to 1 1/4 ounce and Sale and Use of Drug Paraphernalia on 8/3/12 in Hebron by Maine State Police. He was found guilty by default and fined $350 on the first and $300 on the second charge.

Thomas E. Lowell, DOB 2/3/81, of Hartford, was charged with Allowing Dog to be at Large on 9/1/12 in Buckfield by Game Warden. He was found guilty and fined $50.

Andrew J. Marshall, DOB 8/24/64, of Norway, was charged with Domestic Violence Assault on 9/11/12 in West Paris by Maine State Police. The charge was dropped.
