Joseph R. Mitchell, DOB 1/31/90, of Sebago, was charged with Violating Condition of Release and Criminal Mischief on 4/18/12 in Norway by Norway Police. The charges were dropped.

Jebb J. Mitchneck, DOB 6/8/91, of Winthrop, was charged with Criminal Mischief and Theft by Unauthorized Use of Property on 8/14/11 in Hartford by Maine State Police. He was found guilty on the first charge and given administrative release sentence for one year and restitution of $1,382. The second charge was dropped.

Dorothy A. Morrill, DOB 12/29/57, of Otisfield Gore, was charged with Domestic Violence Terrorizing and Disorderly Conduct, Offensive Words, Gestures on 6/26/12 in Norway by Norway Police. The charges were dropped.

Christopher Morris, DOB 7/17/68, of Auburn, was charged with OAS and OUI on 1/21/12 in Hebron by Maine State Police. The charges were dropped.

Russell D. Norris, DOB 12/21/70, of North Andover MA, was charged with Motor Vehicle Speeding 30+ mph over Speed Limit on 3/9/12 in Oxford by Oxford Police. The charge was dropped.

Harry M. Nyberg, DOB 1/1/58, of Lovell, was charged with Out of Door Burning Violation on 6/6/12 in Waterford by Conservation Officer. He was found guilty and fined $100.

John M. Ochtera, DOB 12/20/72, of Bethel, was charged with Failing to Register Vehicle on 4/25/12 in Norway by Norway Police. He was found guilty and fined $100.

Nicholas Palmer, DOB 9/5/83, of Otisfield, was charged with Cultivating Marijuana on 3/24/12 in Otisfield by Maine State Police. He was found guilty and fined $500.

Jessica A. Pardi, DOB 12/22/75, of Portland, was charged with Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer on 4/25/11 in Oxford by Oxford Police. The charge was dropped.

John E. Parker, DOB 2/1/90, of Norway, was charged with Possession of Marijuana, up to 1 1/4 ounce on 5/26/12 in Norway by Norway Police. He was found guilty and fined $350.


Jillian A. Pelletier, DOB 12/27/84, of Bath, was charged with Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer on 4/18/12 in Oxford by Oxford Police. She was found guilty and fined $150.

Stephanie Piirainen, DOB 11/5/86, of Otisfield, was charged with OUI on 12/4/11 in South Paris by Paris Police. She was found guilty and fined $500, sentenced for 48 hours and license suspended for 90 days.

Joshua A. Pike, DOB 2/15/90, of Norway, was charged with Threatening Display of Weapon and Violating Condition of Release on 7/3/12 in Norway by Norway Police. He was found guilty on the first charge and sentenced for 48 hours. The second charge was dropped.

David Pomerleau, DOB 12/11/62 of Buckfield, was charged with Harassment by Telephone on 5/10/12 in Buckfield by Maine State Police. The charge was filed with no cost.

Ryan M. Poulin, DOB 11/20/85, of Norway, was charged with OAS-Prior on 4/9/12 in Norway by Norway Police. The charge was filed with no cost.

Robert Reynolds, DOB 2/17/59, of Otisfield, was charged with Terrorizing on 5/9/12 on Otisfield by Maine State Police. The charge was dropped.

Richard Ring, DOB 5/7/68, of West Paris, was charged with Operating Vehicle without License and Violating Condition of Release on 5/25/12 in West Paris by Maine State Police. He was found guilty on the first charge and fined $100. The second charge was dropped.

Vicki Rogers, DOB 2/26/63, of Norway, was charged with Possession of Marijuana, up to 1 1/4 ounce, and two count of Sale and Use of Drug Paraphernalia on 3/13/12 in Norway by Norway Police. She was found guilty on the first charge and fined $400. The other charges were dropped.

Adam Sanborn, DOB 5/16/62, of Oxford, was charged with Criminal Trespass on 4/17/12 in Norway by Norway Police. The charge was dropped.

Rachel Saunders, DOB 6/15/54, of Oxford, was charged with OUI on 12/21/11 in Oxford by Oxford Police. She was found guilty and fined $750 and license suspended for 90 days.

Shane Mason, DOB 10/1/88, of West Paris, was charged with Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer and Violating Condition of Release on 4/7/12 in West Paris by Oxford Sheriff. He was found guilty on the first charge and sentenced for 60 days. The second charge was dropped.

Carol A. White, DOB 9/24/58, of Bethel, was charged with Failing to Register Vehicle on 4/26/12 in Norway by Norway Police. She was found guilty and fined $100.

Bruce W. Whitener, DOB 4/9/89, of South Paris, was charged with Violating Condition of Release on 5/26/12 in South Paris by Paris Police. He was found guilty and fined $200.

Patrick C. Whittum, DOB 1/6/71, of Groveton, NH, was charged with Domestic Violence Assault on 3/15/11 in Sumner by Maine State Police. The charge was dropped.

Brandon L. Wight, DOB 7/17/92, of Oxford, was charged with Burning Prohibited Material on 9/15/11 in Buckfield by Conservation Officer. The charge was filed with no cost.

Kendra Kay Wilson, DOB 4/17/73, of South Paris, was charged with Violating Condition of Release on 6/29/12 in Paris by Paris Police. She was found guilty and sentenced for 48 hours.

Haley J. Wormwood, DOB 9/2/82, of West Paris, was charged with Assault, Violating Condition of Release, Obstructing Government Administration and Disorderly Conduct, Loud Unreasonable Noise on 4/7/12 in West Paris by Oxford Sheriff. She was found guilty on the first charge and fined $300 and sentenced for 14 days. The other charges were dropped.

Haley J. Wormwood, DOB 9/2/82, of West Paris, was charged with Criminal Trespass and Violating Condition of Release on 4/6/12 in West Paris by Oxford Sheriff. The first charge was dropped, found guilty on the second charge and sentenced for 48 hours.

Wormwood, DOB 9/2/82, of West Paris, was charged with Driving to Endanger, Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drugs, Violating Condition of Release and Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drugs on 4/24/12 in Paris by Paris Police. She was found guilty on the first two charges and fined $575 and license suspended for 30 days on the first charge and fined $500 on the second charge. The other two charges were dropped.

John G. Wormwood IV, DOB 12/21/88, of Norway, was charged with Sale and Use of Drug Paraphernalia on 4/2/12 in Norway by Norway Police. He was found guilty by default and fined $300.

Brandon T. Wyly, DOB 5/8/74, of Norway, was charged with Violating Protective Order on 3/26/12 in Norway by Norway Police. The charge was dropped.
