Maine Superior Court - Oxford County

SOUTH PARIS — The following is the Closed Case Report from Maine Superior Court in Oxford County from July 1, to July 31.

Angela M. St. Pierre, DOB 9/14/79, of New Gloucester, was charged with Burglary, Criminal Trespass and Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer on 5/3/11 in Oxford by Oxford Police. The first charge was dropped, found guilty on the second and third charges and probation for one year and restitution of $1,500 on the second charge and given a suspended sentence on the third charge.

Gabriele Stoppini, DOB 4/17/85, of West Bethel, was charged with Reckless Conduct, Driving to Endanger and OUI on 3/10/12 in Bethel by Oxford Sheriff. She was found guilty on the first charge and fined $750. The other charges were dropped.

Hilary M. Taylor, DOB 6/28/91, of Woodstock, was charged with Burglary on 1/3/11 in Bethel by Oxford Sheriff. She was found guilty and given probation for two years.

Richard A. Tibbetts, DOB 12/30/51, of Oxford, was charged with Driving to Endanger and OUI-1 Prior on 9/19/10 in Paris by Paris Police. He was found guilty on the first charge and fined $575 and license suspended for 30 days. The second charge was dropped.

Paul L. Tripp Jr., 4/26/80, of Madison, was charged with Criminal Threatening with Dangerous Weapon on 5/1/11 in Norway by Paris Police. He was found guilty and sentenced for four years and probation for three years.

Timothy H. Turner, DOB 10/12/65, of Norway, was charged with Aggravated Furnishing of Scheduled Drugs, Gross Sexual Assault/Furnishing, Administering, Employing Intoxicants and Sexual Abuse of a Minor on 5/28/10 in Norway by Norway Police. He was found guilty on the first and third charges and sentenced for 120 days and probation for two years on the first charge and sentenced for 120 days and probation for two years on the third charge. The second charge was dropped.

Ricky M. Vining Jr., DOB 1/26/88, of Portage, was charged with two counts of Burglary, two counts of Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer and two counts of Misuse of Identification on 2/12/11 in Sumner by Maine State Police. The charges were all dropped.

Judith A. Walker, DOB 1/30/49, of Mexico, was charged with Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer on 10/10/11 in Rumford by Rumford Police. She was found guilty and sentenced for 90 days.

Terry Walker, DOB 9/9/64, of Greenwood, was charged with three counts of Acquiring Drugs by Deception and Violating Condition of Release on 4/8/10 in Wilton, Farmington and Auburn by Maine Drug Enforcement. He was found guilty on all charges and sentenced for 100 days and probation for two years on each charge.

Sean Wallace, DOB 10/22/85, of West Paris, was charged with Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer and Burglary on 12/3/11 in Newry by Oxford Sheriff. He was found guilty on both charges and fined $400 on the first charge and probation for one year on the second charge.

Ada B. Webb, DOB 5/21/83, of Madison, was charged with Unlawful Trafficking in Scheduled Drugs on 7/2/10 in Oxford by Maine Drug Enforcement. The charge was dropped.

Benjamin J. Wheeler, DOB 7/14/79, of North Conway, NH, was charged with Burglary on 7/25/05 in Fryeburg by Fryeburg Police. He was found guilty and probation partially revoked and no sentence imposed.

Cody M. Winchester, DOB 8/16/92, of Albany Township, was charged with Disorderly Conduct, Offensive Words, Gestures on 2/12/12 in Bethel by Oxford Sheriff. He was found guilty and fined $500 and sentenced for 48 hours.

Haley J. Wormwood, DOB 9/2/82, of South Paris, was charged with Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer-Priors on 11/22/11 in Oxford by Oxford Police. She was found guilty and fined $500, sentenced for 14 days, probation for one year and community service for 50 hours.
