SOUTH PARIS — The following is the Closed Case Report from Maine Superior Court in Oxford County from July 1, to July 31.

Kevin J. Nasatowicz, DOB 9/20/59, of Rumford, was charged with OUI on 1/24/12 in Rumford by Rumford Police. He was found guilty and fined $500, sentenced for 48 hours and license suspended for 90 days.

Floyd T. Patrick, DOB 3/22/80, of Farmington, was charged with Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer on 3/30/11 in Mexico by Mexico Police. He was found guilty and sentenced for nine months and one day and probation for two years.

Richard Allen Perreault Jr., DOB 12/21/80, of Fryeburg, was charged with Operating after Habitual Offender Revocation-Prior on 2/18/12 in Fryeburg by Fryeburg Police. The charge was dropped.

Brian L. Piawlock, DOB 1/13/58, of Bethel, was charged with Criminal Threatening with Dangerous Weapon, Violating Condition of Release, Domestic Violence Assault, Illegal Possession of Firearm and Aggravated Assault on 1/3/12 and 1/4/12 in Bethel by Oxford Sheriff. The charges were all dropped.

Joseph E. Ponte II, DOB 10/12/86, of Hartford, was charged with Theft by Receiving Stolen Property on 5/5/11 in Mexico by Mexico Police. The charge was dropped.

Glenn Rideout, DOB 8/3/63, of Sweden, was charged with OUI-No Test and Driving to Endanger on 12/23/11 in Fryeburg by Fryeburg Police. The first charge was dropped, found guilty on the second charge and fined $575 and license suspended for 30 days.

Timothy S. Robbins, DOB 8/9/86, of Hebron, was charged with OUI-2 Priors on 2/12/10 in Hebron by Oxford Sheriff. He was found guilty and fined $1,100, sentenced for 60 days, probation for one year and license suspended for six years.

Erwin E. Rose Jr., DOB 12/5/79, of Byron, was charged with Burglary of a Motor Vehicle on 5/25/04 in Mexico by Maine State Police. He was found guilty and sentenced for one year and probation partially revoked.

Ob W. Rose, DOB 6/5/24, of Toledo, OH, was charged with four counts of Gross Sexual Contact and 10 counts of Unlawful Sexual Contact from 8/25/07 to 9/22/07 in Rumford by Rumford Police. The charges were all dropped.

Mason L. Shane, DOB 10/1/88, of West Paris, was charged with Aggravated Criminal Mischief, Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer, Violating Condition of Release and Burglary on 6/8/11 in West Paris by Maine State Police. He was found guilty on the burglary charge and sentenced for 60 days, probation for one year, restitution of $4,150 and community service for 150 hours. The other charges were dropped.

John A. Sicilani, DOB 2/26/86, of Norway, was charged with Domestic Violence Assault on 8/7/11 in Rumford by Rumford Police. He was found guilty and fined $500.

Daniel Elmer Smith, DOB 11/2/42, of Norway, was charged with Terrorizing and Illegal Possession of a Firearm on 8/8/11 in Norway by Norway Police. He was found guilty on all charges and given a suspended sentence on the terrorizing charges and probation for one year on the firearm charge.

Tyler D. Smith, DOB 11/21/86, of Cornish, was charged with Domestic Violence Assault and OUI on 2/14/12 in Hiram by Oxford Sheriff. The charges were dropped.
