SOUTH PARIS — The following is the Closed Case Report from Maine District Court in Oxford County from July 1, to July 31.

Richard Albert, DOB 6/9/54, of Waterford, was charged with OUI on 1/7/12 in Waterford by Oxford Sheriff. He was found guilty and fined $500, sentenced for 96 hours and license suspended for 90 days.

Joshua W. Appleby, DOB 9/7/84, of Woodstock, was charged with Violating Condition of Release and Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer on 1/30/12 in West Paris by Maine State Police. The charges were dropped.

Toni Bailey, DOB 2/24/66, of Auburn, was charged with Operating Vehicle on Snowmobile Trail on 5/6/12 in Hebron by Maine State Police. She was found guilty by default and fined $100.

Philip A. Baran, DOB 7/17/75, of Freeport, was charged with Driving to Endanger and OUI on 1/26/12 in Oxford by Oxford Police. He was found guilty on the first charge and fined $575 and license suspended for 30 days. The second charge was dropped. 


Cody Barker, DOB 3/7/94, of Buckfield, was charged with Motor Vehicle Speeding, 30+ mph over Speed Limit on 4/20/12 in Buckfield by Oxford Sheriff. The charge was dropped.

Patricia Bean, DOB 3/12/36, of Paris, was charged with Allowing Dog to be at Large on 5/25/12 in Paris by Paris Police. She was found guilty and fined $50.

Brett C. Belanger, DOB 11/17/76, of South Paris, was charged with OUI on 2/25/12 in South Paris by Paris Police. He was found guilty and fined $500, sentenced for 48 hours and license suspended for 90 days.

Christopher F. Bellman, DOB 11/12/92, of South Paris, was charged with Minor Consuming Liquor on 6/1/11 in Paris by Paris Police. The charge was filed with no cost.

Bryan D. Bennett, DOB 8/11/74, of Bryant Pond, was charged with Obscuring Motor Vehicle Plates Marks on 6/1/12 in Norway by Norway Police. He was found guilty and fined $100.

Jason Bohuslaw, DOB 5/24/73, of Hill, NH, was charged with three counts of Violating Protective on 1/22/12 in probation by Paris Police. He was found guilty on all charges and given a suspended sentence and probation for one year on each charge.

Jason K. Boston, DOB 11/13/86, of Poland, was charged with Violating Condition of Release on 7/21/12 in Oxford by Oxford Police. He was found guilty and sentenced for 24 hours.

Kristopher J. Bowie, DOB 9/8/73, of Oxford, was charged with two counts of Assault on 1/15/12 in Norway by Norway Police. The charges were dropped.

Scott Patrick Bowie, DOB 10/12/75, of Oxford, was charged with Violating Condition of Release on 7/22/12 in Oxford by Oxford Police. He was found guilty and sentenced for 48 hours.

Robert T. Brace, DOB 2/28/89, of Norway, was charged with Violating Condition of Release, OAS, Operating Defective Vehicle, Driving to Endanger and OUI on 4/15/12 in West Paris by Oxford Sheriff. He was found guilty on the OAS and driving to endanger charges and fined $250 on the OAS charge and fined $575 and license suspended for 30 days on the driving to endanger charge. The other three charges were dropped.

James Bressette, DOB 7/16/80, of Oxford, was charged with Disorderly Conduct, Fighting on 7/22/12 in Oxford by Oxford Police. He was found guilty and sentenced for 48 hours.

Joseph Brosius, DOB 4/12/82, of Mexico, was charged with Fugitive from Justice on 6/20/12 in Paris by Oxford Sheriff. The charge was dropped.

Levi N. Bryant, 1/5/88, of Norway, was charged with Criminal Trespass on 3/6/12 in Norway by Norway Police. The charge was dropped.

Dylan Canning, DOB 6/28/92, of Saco, was charged with Possession of Marijuana, up to 1 1/4 ounce on 4/3/12 in Norway by Norway Police. He was found guilty by default and fined $350.

Whitney Chamberlain, DOB 4/26/93, of Norway, was charged with Harassment by Telephone on 6/18/12 in Norway by Norway Police. The charge was dropped.

Richard R. Charest, DOB 1/15/62, of Norway, was charged with Littering on 4/23/12 in Oxford by Oxford Police. He was found guilty and fined $100.

William D. Cole, DOB 7/24/58, of Oxford, was charged with Burning Prohibited Material on 4/23/12 in Oxford by Conservation Officer. He was found guilty and fined $100.

Nicholas W. Davis, DOB 5/10/92, of Auburn, was charged with Minor Possessing Liquor on 1/2/12 in Norway by Norway Police. The charge was dropped.

Jacob J. Denormandie, DOB 5/7/89, of Turner, was charged with Criminal Mischief on 2/1/12 in Waterford by Oxford Sheriff. The charge was dropped.

Jeffrey S. Dewhurst, DOB 4/16/76, of Paris, was charged with Fugitive from Justice on 6/23/12 in Paris by Oxford Sheriff. The charge was dropped.

Stuart Valerie C. Doherty, DOB 4/16/76, of Quincy, MA, was charged with Possession of Marijuana, up to 1 1/4 ounce on 3/10/12 in Paris by Maine State Police. He was found guilty by default and fined $350.

Kara E. Jacques, DOB 6/16/87, of Bryant Pond, was charged with Violating Condition of Release and Criminal Trespass on 5/3/12 in Norway by Norway Police. The first charge was dropped, found guilty on the second charge and fined $200.

Sharon Rose Kennedy, DOB 1/5/65, of Hartford, was charged with OUI on 2/6/12 in Hartford by Maine State Police. She was found guilty and fined $500 and sentenced for two days.

Kevin Paul Lawlor, DOB 8/19/79, of Lewiston, was charged with Disorderly Conduct, Offensive Words, Gestures and Criminal Mischief on 7/22/12 in West Paris by Oxford Sheriff. The charges were dropped.

David MacNeil, DOB 5/29/86, of Harrison, was charged with Terrorizing on 4/29/11 in Paris by Paris Police. He was found guilty and given an administrative release sentence of one year.
