SOUTH PARIS — The following is the Closed Case Report from Maine Superior Court in Oxford County from July 1, to July 31.

Nancy A. Judkins, DOB 11/20/58, of Parsonfield, was charged with OUI and Driving to Endanger on 10/12/11 in Porter by Oxford Sheriff. The first charge was dropped, found guilty on the second charge and fined $750 and license suspended for 30 days.

Oliver H. Keithly IV, DOB 7/28/92, of South Portland,was charged with Allowing Minor to Possess or Consume Liquor on 1/2/12 in Newry by Oxford Sheriff. The charge was dropped.

Penelope B. Knox, DOB 8/8/63, of Mexico, was charged with Domestic Violence Assault on 12/24/11 in Mexico by Mexico Police. The charge was dropped.

Nicholas P. Libby, DOB 10/20/86, of West Paris, was charged with Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer and Violating Condition of Release on 9/14/11 in West Paris by Oxford Sheriff. The charges were dropped.

Kevin M. Litchfield Jr., 7/11/87, of Bryant Pond, was charged with Unlawful Furnishing Scheduled Drugs on 4/23/09 in Newry by Maine Drug Enforcement. He was found guilty and sentenced for five months and probation partially revoked.

Kevin J. Mathews, DOB 11/10/89, of Canton, was charged with Aggravated Cruelty to Animals on 7/17/11 in Canton by Oxford Sheriff. The charge was dropped.

Danielle J. McAllister, DOB 8/10/82, of Waterford, was charged with Operating Vehicle without License-Condition/Restricted, OUI-2 Priors and Endangering the Welfare of a Child on 3/14/12 in Norway by Norway Police. The first and last charges were dropped, found guilty on the second charge and fined $1,100, sentenced for 30 days and license suspended for six years.

Shawn A. McAuliffe, DOB 2/12/91, of South Paris, was charged with Unlawful Possession of Hydrocodone on 6/15/11 in Noway by Norway Police. The charged was dropped.

Sean Thomas McDonough, DOB 2/21/82, of Harrison, was charged with Possessing Suspended Driver License, Criminal Mischief, OAS, Failing to Stop, Remain, Provide Information, OUI and Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer on 10/5/11 in Otisfield by Oxford Sheriff. The charges were all dropped.

Thomas McFarland, DOB 8/17/86, of Fryeburg, was charged with Loaded Firearm or Crossbow in Motor Vehicle on 11/8/11 in Fryeburg by Game Warden. He was found guilty and fined $350.

Andrew A. McNulty, DOB 6/28/93, of Danvers, MA, was charged with Motor Vehicle Speeding 30+ mph over Speed Limit on 2/5/12 in Fryeburg by Fryeburg Police. The charge was dropped.

John P. Messier, DOB 7/30/70, of Rumford, was charged with Aggravated Assault on 2/23/12 in Rumford by Rumford Police. He was found guilty and sentenced for five months, probation for three years and restitution of $4,000.

Gary F. Michaud, DOB 11/27/55, of Buckfield, was charged with Unlawful Sexual Contact and Criminal Threatening with Dangerous Weapon on 9/4/11 in Buckfield by Oxford Sheriff. The charges were dropped.

Ralph E. Mills, DOB 8/22/60, of Porter, was charged with two counts of Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer on 12/29/11 in Newry by Maine State Police. One of the charges was dropped, found guilty on the other one and fined $200.

Joshua Leavitt Morin, DOB 4/29/86, of Norway, was charged with six counts of Burglary, five counts of Criminal Mischief, five counts of Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer and one count of Aggravated Criminal Mischief on 7/13/09 in Sumner by Oxford Sheriff. He was found guilty on all charges and sentenced for three years and probation for three years on the burglary charges, sentenced for six months on the criminal mischief and theft charges and given a suspended sentence on the aggravated criminal mischief charge.
