SOUTH PARIS — The following is the Closed Case Report from Maine Superior Court in Oxford County from July 1, to July 31.

Michael R. Adams, DOB 10/22/87, of Peru, was charged with Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drugs on 7/15/10 in Dixfield by Maine State Police. He was found guilty and sentenced for seven days and probation revoked.

Christie L. Alexander, DOB 11/22/64, of Andover. was charged with Driving to Endanger and OUI on 2/17/12 in Andover by Oxford Sheriff. She was found guilty on the first charge and fined $575 and license suspended for 30 days. The second charge was dropped.

Tara A. Amburg, DOB 2/23/86, of Rumford, was charged with Operating without License and OUI on 3/1/12 in Mexico by Mexico Police. The first charge was dropped, found guilty on the second charge and fined $500 and license suspended for 90 days.

Jason James Annance, DOB 6/7/77, of Oxford, was charged with Violating Protective Order on 2/21/11 in Oxford by Oxford Police. The charge was dropped.

Melissa D. Anthony, DOB 9/5/78, of Stoneham, was charged with Operating after Habitual Offender Revocation-Prior on 12/30/10 in Waterford by Maine State Police. She was found guilty and fined $1,000 and sentenced for six months.

Joshua W. Appleby, DOB 9/7/84, of Woodstock, was charged with Violating Condition of Release, Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer, Burglary and Aggravated Criminal Mischief on 6/8/11 in West Paris by Maine State Police. The first and fourth charges were dropped, found guilty on the second and third charges and given probation for one year on the second charge and probation for two years and restitution of $4,000 on the third charge.

Dillon S. Auger, DOB 9/20/86, of Dixfield, was charged with Forgery on 12/28/07 in Dixfield by Dixfield Police. He was found guilty and sentenced for one year and nine months and probation revoked.


Richard Bergeron Jr., DOB 4/20/67, of North Conway, NH, was charged with OUI on 10/9/11 in Fryeburg by Fryeburg Police. He was found guilty and fined $500 and license suspended for 90 days.

Peter M. Bernaby Jr., DOB 8/15/67, of Fryeburg, was charged with OUI on 2/10/12 in Fryeburg by Fryeburg Police. He was found guilty and fined $500 and license suspended for 90 days.

Scott Patrick Bowie, DOB 10/12/75, of Oxford, was charged with Eluding an Officer, Driving to Endanger, Violating Condition of Release, two counts of Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer, Burglary and OAS on 5/3/11 in Paris and Oxford by Oxford Police. The violating, one of the theft charges and the OAS charges were dropped. He was found guilty on the other charges and sentenced for 120 days on the first charge, fined $575 and license suspended for 30 days on the second charge, sentenced for five months and probation for one year on the burglary charge and sentenced for 120 days on one of the theft charges.

Robert T. Brace, DOB 2/28/89, of Norway, was charged with Obstructing Government Administration and Operation of Defective Vehicle on 12/23/11 in Bethel by Oxford Sheriff. The first charge was dropped, found guilty on the second charge and fined $100.


Archie A. Bradeen Jr., DOB 3/11/81, of Rumford, was charged with OUI on 1/1/12 in Rumford by Rumford Police. He was found guilty and fined $500 and license suspended for 90 days.

Joshua Campbell, DOB 3/9/81, of New Gloucester, was charged with Violating Condition of Release and Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer on 1/19/12 in Paris by Paris Police. The charges were dropped.

Brooks D. Cannon, DOB 11/12/92, of South Portland, was charged with Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer on 1/12/12 in Newry by Oxford Sheriff. She was found guilty and sentenced for four days.

Ryan Charles, DOB 7/28/88, of Fryeburg, was charged with Failing to Stop for Officer, Failing to Notify of Motor Vehicle Accident, Violating Condition of Release, Failing to Make Oral or Written Accident Report and Driving to Endanger on 2/6/12 in Fryeburg by Fryeburg Police. He was found guilty on the first and last charges and fined $500 and sentenced for 24 hours on the first charge and fined $600 and license suspended for 30 days on the last charge.

Norris E. Conant, DOB 2/27/37/ of Canton, was charged with OUI on 10/21/11 in Canton by Maine State Police. The charge was dropped.

Adrienne D. Detlefsen, DOB 12/18/68, of Norway, was charged with OUI-2 Priors on 1/7/12 in Norway by Norway Police. She was found guilty and fined $1,100, sentenced for 30 days and license suspended for six years.

Tina M. Dolloff, DOB 2/22/75, of Mexico, was charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child on 1/13/12 in Mexico by Mexico Police. The charge was dropped.

David M. Ducas, DOB 11/25/92, of Norway, was charged with Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer and Criminal Trespass on 4/14/11 in Oxford by Oxford Police. He was found guilty on both charges and fined $200 on each charge.

Tammy J. Duff, DOB 7/19/74, of South Paris, was charged with Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer on 7/13/10 in Oxford by Oxford Police. She was found guilty and sentenced for 60 days.

Anthony W. Edwards Jr., DOB 10/9/92, of Norway, was charged with two counts of Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer, Burglary and Criminal Trespass on 4/14/11 in Oxford by Oxford Police. He was found guilty on one of the theft charges and fined $200 and found guilty on the last charge and fined $200.

Daniel A. Flagg, DOB 10/11/76, of Bangor, was charged with Illegal Possession of Firearm on 11/8/11 in Fryeburg by Game Warden. The charge was dropped.

Lorraine S. Frew, DOB 9/23/77, of Cornish, was charged with Driving to Endanger, Operating Vehicle without License and OUI on 2/8/12 in Porter by Maine State Police. She was found guilty on the first charge and fined $574 and license suspended for 30 days. The other charges were dropped.

Adam J. Gallant, DOB 2/7/86, of Mexico, was charged with Aggravated Trafficking in Schedule W Drug on 9/8/11 in Mexico by Maine Drug Enforcement. The charge was dropped.

Brice C. Gammon, DOB 11/2/80, of Andover, was charged with Failing to Stop for Officer, OUI, OAS and Operation of Defective Vehicle on 4/25/12 in Andover by Oxford Sheriff. The first and last charges were dropped, found guilty on the second and third charges and fined $500 and license suspended for 90 days on the second charge and fined $600 and sentenced for seven days on the third charge.

Derrick L. Gammon, DOB 11/25/69, of Rumford, was charged with Disorderly Conduct, Offensive Words, Gestures and Domestic Violence Terrorizing on 3/2/12 in Rumford by Rumford Police. He was found guilty on the first charge and fined $300. The second charge was dropped.

Spencer T. Glover, DOB 12/17/81, of Bryant Pond, was charged with Gross Sexual Assault on 1/26/11 in Bethel by Oxford Sheriff. He was found guilty and sentenced for six years and probation for three years.

Timothy C. Gurnee, DOB 6/20/92, of South Portland, was charged with Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer on 1/2/12 in Newry by Oxford Sheriff. The charge was filed with cost.

Eric Neil Henderson, DOB 8/2/59, of Carthage, was charged with Domestic Violence Assault on 2/14/12 in Dixfield by Dixfield Police. The charge was dropped.

Thomas Henderson, DOB 2/27/89, of Dixfield, was charged with OUI on 2/11/12 in Dixfield by Dixfield Police. He was found guilty and fined $500 and license suspended for 90 days.

Jeffrey M. Hill, DOB 8/2/88, of Rumford, was charged with two counts of Unlawful Trafficking in Scheduled Drugs on 11/3/10 and 8/25/10 in Mexico by Maine Drug Enforcement. He was found guilty on both charges and fined $400, sentenced for two years and probation for two years on each charge.

Jeffrey M. Hill, DOB 8/2/88, of Rumford, was charged with Violating Condition of Release and Terrorizing on 3/14/12 in Rumford by Rumford Police. He was found guilty on the first charge and sentenced for 48 hours. The second charge was dropped.

Jeffrey M. Hill, DOB 8/2/88, of Rumford, was charged with Unlawful Trafficking in Scheduled Drugs and Violating Condition of Release on 5/1/12 in Rumford by Maine Drug Enforcement. He was found guilty on the first charge and fined $400, sentenced for two years and probation for one year. The second charge was dropped.

David J. Hodgkins, DOB 10/27/79, of Rumford, was charged with Forgery on 5/25/11 in Rumford by Rumford Police. He was found guilty and given probation for three years and restitution of $10,000.

Michael W. Holden, DOB 6/10/62, of West Paris, was charged with two counts of Unlawful Trafficking in Scheduled Drugs and two counts of Unlawful Furnishing of Scheduled Drugs on 9/20/06 in West Paris by Maine Drug Enforcement. He was found guilty on all charges and fined $400 on each of the trafficking charges and sentenced for 14 months and probation for one year on each of the furnishing charges.


Margaret G. Hunter, DOB 4/28/60, of Lewiston, was charged with Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer and Criminal Mischief on 5/11/09 in Otisfield by Maine State Police. The charges were dropped.

James D. Irish, DOB 3/17/84, of Bethel, was charged with Assault on an Officer, Driving to Endanger and Criminal Mischief on 7/15/11 in Bethel by Oxford Sheriff. He was found guilty on all charges and sentenced for 60 days, probation for two years and restitution of $2,000 on the first charge, sentenced for 30 days and license suspended for 30 days on the second charge and sentenced for 30 days on the third charge.

Jamie P. Jalette, DOB 11/3/75, of Peru, was charged with Theft by Receiving Stolen Property on 2/2/11 in Peru by Maine State Police. He was found guilty and fined $2,000, probation for two years and community service for 200 hours.

Gregory J. Jarvis, DOB 8/14/85, of Porter, was charged with Domestic Violence Assault on 4/3/08 in Porter by Oxford Sheriff. He was found guilty and fined $300.

Gregory J. Jarvis, DOB 8/14/85, of Porter, was charged with Domestic Violence Assault on 8/8/08 in Porter by Oxford Sheriff. The charge was dropped.

Anthony M. Johnson, DOB 6/5/58, of Moline, IL, was charged with Violating Condition of Release and Tampering with Witness, Informant, Juror or Victim on 1/30/11 in Paris by Paris Police. The charges were dropped.
