SOUTH PARIS — The following is the Closed Case Report from Maine Superior Court in Oxford County from June 1, to June 30.

Marcia J. Ackerman, DOB 8/9/59, of Brownfield, was charged with Unlawful Trafficking in Scheduled Drugs and Cultivating Marijuana on 8/25/10 in Brownfield by Oxford Sheriff. The first charge was dropped, found guilty on the second charge and fined $3,000.

Jordan L. Bennett, DOB 6/28/86, of West Bethel, was charged with Burglary on 10/23/07 in Bethel by Bethel Police. He was found guilty and sentenced for three years and four months and probation revoked.

Derek M. Bonney Jr., DOB 6/4/85, of South Paris, was charged with Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer-Priors on 8/23/10 in Oxford. The charge was dropped.

Erik Bourassa, DOB 2/26/68, of Mexico, was charged with Gross Sexual Assault on 9/1/03 in Mexico by Maine State Police. He was found guilty and sentenced for 12 months and probation for six years.

Richard P. Breau, DOB 10/26/79, of Bethel, was charged with Violating Condition of Release on 12/11/11 in Bethel by Oxford Sheriff. The charge was dropped.


Daniel S. Brett, DOB 11/29/67, of Waterford, was charged with Unlawful Sexual Touching and Domestic Violence Assault on 8/2/11 in Otisfield by Maine State Police. No results given.

Tammy L. Chapman, DOB 8/28/88, of Brownfield, was charged with Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer, Violating Condition of Release and Criminal Mischief on 4/2/09 in Brownfield by Maine State Police. She was found guilty on the first charge and sentenced for 60 days and probation partially revoked. The other charges were dropped.

Ronald Jeremy Duguay, DOB 1/8/86, of Rumford, was charged with Domestic Violence Assault on 4/15/12 in Mexico by Mexico Police. The charge was dropped.

Brian E. Foss, DOB 2/9/78, of Oxford, was charged with Failing to Comply with Sex Offender Registry Act-3rd Offense on 12/7/10 in Oxford. The charge was dropped.

Gene I. Hamilton, DOB 7/9/65, of West Paris, was charged with Sexual Abuse of Minor on 6/21/08 in Oxford by Oxford Police. He was found guilty and probation partially revoked and no sentence imposed.

Wilbur H. Hansen, DOB 3/7/54, of Andover, was charged with Unlawful Sexual Contact on 10/1/01 in Andover by Oxford Sheriff. The charge was dropped.

Wesley E. Hewey, DOB 2/16/54, of Lovell, was charged with Operating after Habitual Offender Revocation-Prior on 9/28/10 in Lovell by Oxford Sheriff. He was found guilty and fined $1,000, sentenced for one year and probation for one year.

Brandon E. Holmes, DOB 7/3/86, of Mexico, was charged with Carrying Concealed Weapon on 2/14/12 in Mexico by Mexico Police. The charge was dropped.

Samuel Hooker, DOB 10/23/79, of Boston, MA, was charged with Aggravated Trafficking of Scheduled Drugs on 5/25/12 in Woodstock by Maine State Police. The charge was dropped.

Christopher M. Labbe, DOB 2/24/72, of Lewiston, was charged with Assault, Domestic Violence Assault and Violating Condition of Release on 2/5/12 in Dixfield by Dixfield Police. He was found guilty on the first charge and sentenced for 120 days and probation for two years. The other charges were dropped.

Wayne Carl Lane, DOB 7/11/58, of Rumford, was charged with Domestic Violence Assault-Priors DV and Obstructing Report of Crime on 5/7/12 in Rumford by Rumford Police. The charges were dropped.

Rodney L. Leach II, DOB 12/13/80, of Rumford, was charged with Criminal Mischief on 1/1/12 in Rumford by Rumford Police. The charge was dropped.

Catherine E. Lynn, DOB 1/11/68, of Rumford, was charged with Criminal Threatening and Disorderly Conduct, Offensive Words, Gestures on 1/20/11 in Rumford by Rumford Police. The charges were filed with no cost.

Joshua L. Moulton, DOB 10/19/76, of Norway, was charged with Eluding an Officer on 4/4/12 in Oxford by Oxford Police. The charge was dropped.

Daniel Albert Ouellette, DOB 8/8/63, of Lewiston, was charged with Burglary, Violating Condition of Release, Possession or Transfer of Burglar's Tools and Criminal Mischief on 11/12/11 in Hebron by Maine State Police. The charges were dropped.

Brian Poitras, DOB 5/11/62, of Hiram, was charged with two counts of Unlawful Sexual Touching, two counts of Unlawful Sexual Contact and Assault on 8/12/10 in Hiram by Oxford Sheriff. He was found guilty of one of the unlawful touching charges and sentenced for six months. The other charges were dropped.

Brian Poitras, DOB 5/11/62, of Hiram, was charged with Violating Condition of Release on 3/27/11 in Hiram by Maine State Police. The charge was dropped.

Benjamin M. Smith, DOB 10/23/89, of Bethel, was charged with Aggravated Assault on 7/18/09 in Bethel by Bethel Police. He was found guilty and sentenced for one year and five months and probation revoked.

Norman B. Thompson, DOB 8/4/72, of Mexico, was charged with OUI-1 Prior, two counts of Assault and Criminal Mischief on 7/5/07 in Rumford by Rumford Police. He was found guilty on all charges and fined $700, sentenced for seven days and license suspended for 18 months on the first charge, fined $300 each on the assault charges and given an unconditional release on the fourth charge.

Norman Brand Thompson, DOB 8/4/72, of Mexico, was charged with Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer and Burglary on 9/28/07 in Mexico by Mexico Police. He was found guilty on both charges and sentenced for six years, probation partially revoked and probation continued on each charge.

Matthew Varnerin, DOB 2/8/89, of Quincy, MA, was charged with Aggravated Furnishing of Scheduled W Drug on 11/17/11 in Norway by Norway by Norway Police. The charge was dropped.

Meagan Vining, DOB 4/7/90, of Portage Lake, was charged with two counts of Burglary, two counts of Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer, Criminal Mischief and two counts of Misuse of Identification on 2/12/11 in Sumner by Maine State Police. The charges were all dropped.

Tia M. Wright, DOB 11/3/85, of Oxford, was charged with Violating Condition of Release on 3/7/12 in Oxford by Oxford Police. She was found guilty and fined $200.
