PARIS — The following is the Closed Case Report from Maine District Court in Oxford County from June 1, to June 30.

Lauri C. Kyllonen, DOB 9/25/48, of Oxford, was charged with Terrorizing on 1/11/11 in Norway by Norway Police. The charge was dropped.

Sarah J. Labrecque, DOB 7/22/74, of Turner, was charged with Failing to Register Vehicle on 3/5/12 in Norway by Norway Police. She was found guilty and fined $100.

Michael Lamb, DOB 1/5/67, of Norway, was charged with Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer on 1/5/67 in Oxford by Oxford Police. The charge was dropped.

Tina Marie Rose Landers, DOB 1/18/84, of Windham, was charged with Stealing Drugs, three counts of Burglary of a Motor Vehicle and four counts of Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer on 1/10/12 in Norway by Norway Police. The charges were transferred to Superior Court.

Dakota D. Larson, DOB 6/7/92, of Norway, was charged with Minor Possessing Liquor on 11/10/11 in Norway by Norway Police. He was found guilty and fined $200.

Roni Sue P. Lebel, DOB 9/24/75, of West Paris, was charged with Attaching False Plates on 4/6/12 in Paris by Maine State Police. She was found guilty and fined $100.

Alyssa L. Leighton, DOB 9/16/92, of Buckfield, was charged with Disorderly Conduct, Noxious and Offensive Odors on 3/24/12 in Buckfield by Oxford Sheriff. The charge was dropped.

Tammy Leland, DOB 6/27/70, of West Paris, was charged with Attaching False Plates on 3/17/12 in West Paris by Maine State Police. She was found guilty and fined $100.

Taylor Lowell, DOB 8/7/92, of Lewiston, was charged with Domestic Violence Assault on 12/31/10 in Norway by Norway Police. She was found guilty and sentenced for 30 days and probation partially revoked.

David MacNeill, DOB 5/29/86, of Harrison, was charged with Disorderly Conduct, Offensive Words, Gestures, Violating Condition of Release and Terrorizing on 4/29/11 in Paris Police. He was found guilty on the third charge and given a suspended sentence and probation for one year. The other two charges were dropped.

Alex Taylor Mason, DOB 11/24/93, of West Paris, was charged with Possession of Marijuana, up to 1 1/4 ounce on 3/2/12 in Norway by Norway Police. The charge was dropped.

Troy Masterman, DOB 11/21/75, of South Paris, was charged with Allowing Dog to be at Large on 3/13/12 in South Paris by Paris Police. He was found guilty and fined $50.

Gordon W. McLaren, DOB 5/22/53, of Norway, was charged with OAS on 12/30/11 in Norway by Norway Police. The charge was dropped.

Karissa Meader, DOB 9/23/89, of Norway, was charged with Assault on 2/23/12 in West Paris by Oxford Sheriff. She was found guilty and fined $300.

Amber L. Morey, DOB 12/21/90 of Norway, was charged with Sale and Use of Drug Paraphernalia on 3/7/12 in Norway by Norway Police. She was found guilty by default and fined $100.

Caesar J. Morgan, DOB 11/6/77, of Scarborough, was charged with Assault on 4/16/12 in Oxford by Oxford Police. He was found guilty and fined $100.

Wilson N. Pike, DOB 5/25/82, of Harrison, was charged with Violating Condition of Release and OAS-Prior on 4/13/12 in Norway by Oxford Sheriff. The first charge was dropped, found guilty on the second charge and fined $500.

Jessica Pinoski, DOB 12/16/86, of Buckfield, was charged with Domestic Violence Assault and Assault on 2/25/12 in South Paris by Paris Police. The charges were dropped.

John H. Pottle, DOB 8/22/53, of Otisfield, was charged with OUI-1 Prior on 12/9/11 in Otisfield by Maine State Police. He was found guilty and fined $700, sentenced for 96 hours and license suspended for 90 days.

Richard Ring, DOB 5/7/68, of West Paris, was charged with Operating Vehicle without License on 4/12/12 in West Paris by Maine State Police. He was found guilty and fined $150.

Michael P. Rivard, of Mechanic Falls, was charged with Possession of Marijuana up to 1 1/4 ounce on 4/4/12 in South Paris by Oxford Sheriff. He was found guilty and fined $350.

William R. Rowe, DOB 2/7/78, of Oxford, was charged with Theft by Deception on 12/23/11 in Oxford by Oxford Police. He was found guilty and fined $200 and restitution of $900.

Jesiah E. Sande, DOB 7/3/75, of West Paris, was charged with Obstructing Government Administration on 1/7/12 in West Paris by Paris Police. He was found guilty and fined $200.

Daniel Elmer Smith, DOB 11/2/42, of Norway, was charged with Violating Condition of Release and Operating Vehicle without License on 3/7/12 in Norway by Norway Police. The first charge was dropped, found guilty on the second charge and sentenced for 48 hours.

Philip G. Smith, DOB 7/2/60, of Bryant Pond, was charged with Operating Unregistered Snowmobile on 3/1/12 in Albany Township by Game Warden. The charge was dropped.

Robert L. Smith, DOB 3/29/62, of South Paris, was charged with Operating ATV on Temporarily Closed Trail on 4/29/12 in South Paris by Game Warden. A waiver was issued and the fine was $100.

Chad M. Stevens, DOB 2/12/80, was charged with Supervisor not Accompanying Junior Hunter on 4/28/12 in Hartford by Game Warden. He was found guilty and fined $150.

Stanley J. Taylor Jr., DOB 11/19/71, of Otisfield, was charged with Violating Condition of Release on 12/8/11 in Otisfield by Maine State Police. The charge was dropped.

Timothy Thompson, DOB 11/29/88, of Buckfield, was charged with Operating ATV in Prohibited Area and Operating ATV on Temporarily Closed Trail on 4/11/12 in Buckfield by Game Warden. He was found guilty on both charges and fined $100 on each charge.

Curtis Tripp, DOB 6/22/77, of South Paris, was charged with Violating Condition of Release on 1/11/12 in Paris by Paris Police. The charge was dropped.

Kevin S. Vezina, DOB 1/25/91, of Waterford, was charged with Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drugs on 3/7/12 in Norway by Norway Police. He was found guilty and fined $400 and community service for 100 hours.

Bruce W. Whittemore, DOB 4/9/89, of South Paris, was charged with OUI on 3/7/12 in Norway by Paris Police. The charge was dropped.

Roland W. Young, DOB 4/23/92, of West Paris, was charged with Possession of Marijuana, up to 1 1/4 ounce on 1/14/12 in West Paris by Maine State Police. He was found guilty by default and fined $350.
