The following driver was apprehended by local law enforcement and charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle While Under the Influence of an Intoxicating Substance (OUI):

Kimberly Flaherty, 56, of Errol, NH was arrested at 5:42 p.m. on July 6 on Route 118 in Waterford and charged with OUI. State Trooper Adam Fillebrown made the arrest. Flaherty has one prior OUI conviction from 2003.
