OXFORD —  An Auburn school administrator and another man were kicked out of the Oxford Casino and arrested around 12:30 a.m. Monday for continuing to fight with one another after being given a warning by police, said Oxford Police Chief Jon Tibbetts.

"They were asked to leave the casino. After given a disorderly conduct warning, they continued pushing and shoving each other," said Tibbetts, "so they went to jail."

William C. Luce, 63, and Seamus S. Walsh, 53 both from Windham, were arrested for disorderly conduct, said Tibbetts.

According to Tibbetts, Luce works as a school administrator for Auburn while Seamus works in retail.

While Tibbetts said he was unsure what started the fight, both men were "clearly intoxicated" at the time of their arrests. Oxford Police Officer Eric Quatrano and Paris Police Officer Nate Bowie made the arrests.

Both men were released from Oxford County Jail on unsecured bail early Monday morning.
