Todd Andrews, DOB 8/18/61, of West Paris, was charged with Domestic Violence on 2/13/11 in West Paris by Maine State Police. The charge was dropped.

Cecil Atter, DOB 2/25/83, of Mechanic Falls, was charged with Violating Condition of Release and Operating after Habitual Offender Revocation on 3/28/12 in Oxford by Oxford Police. The first charge was dropped, found guilty on the second charge and fined $500 and sentenced for 30 days.

John Aube, DOB 6/28/67, of Norway, was charged with Sale and Use of Drug Paraphernalia on 2/17/12 in Norway by Norway Police. He was found guilty and fined $30o.

Megan R. Batchelder, 8/26/92, of South Paris, was charged with Assault on 9/25/11 in Norway by Norway Police. She was found guilty and fined $500.

Joseph P. Begin, DOB 9/29/83, of Norway, was charged with Disorderly Conduct, Loud Noise, Private Place on 2/9/12 in Norway by Norway Police. He was found guilty and fined $100.

Jeremy S. Belliveau, DOB 12/13/81, of Norway, was charged with Disorderly Conduct, Offensive Words, Gestures and Domestic Violence Assault on 1/4/12 in Paris by Paris Police. He was found guilty on the first charge and fined $300,. The second charge was dropped.

Tony Lynn Bennett, DOB 9/20/65, of Bethel, was charged with Disorderly Conduct, Offensive Words, Gestures and Driving to Endanger on 12/26/12 in Albany Township by Maine State Police. She was found guilty on the first charge and fined $200. The second charge was dropped.

Laurent Blanchette, DOB 4/3/86, of Sanford, was charged with Burning Prohibited Material on 8/16/09 in Riley by Oxford Sheriff. He was found guilty and fined $100.

Dale Brackett, DOB 3/14/61, of South Paris, was charged with Domestic Violence Assault on 2/5/12 in Norway by Norway Police. The charge was dropped.

Nathan Bragdon Sr., DOB 9/8/83, of Norway, was charged with Theft by Receiving Stolen Property and Violating Condition of Release on 10/25/11 in Norway by Norway Police. He was found guilty on the first charge and fined $500. The second charge was dropped.

Levi N. Bryant, DOB 1/5/88, of Norway, was charged with Furnishing Liquor to a Minor on 3/19/12 in Norway by Norway Police. He was found guilty and fined $200.

Robert C. Bylsma, DOB 8/8/78, of Orrington, was charged with Operating Vehicle without License on 4/1/12 in Norway by Norway Police. He was found guilty and fined $100.

Terry Canning, DOB 5/10/64, of Saco, was charged with Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer on 9/1/11, in Norway by Norway Police. He was found guilty and fined $200.

Susan G. Carbonneau, DOB 4/25/77, of Portland, was charged with two counts of Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drugs, OAS-Prior, Possession of Marijuana, up to 1 1/4 ounce and Sale and Use of Drug Paraphernalia on 1/23/12 in Oxford by Oxford Police. One of the two drug possession charges was dropped, found guilty on the other charge and find $400 and fined $500 on the OAS charge. The other charges were dropped.

Kelsey M. Chamberlain, DOB 7/13/86, of Oxford, was charged with Domestic Violence Assault on 3/17/11 in Oxford by Oxford Police. The charge was dropped.

Rodney K. Coffin, DOB 2/6/92, of Waterford, was charged with Failing to Display ATV Registration Numbers on 3/21/12 in Waterford by Game Warden. He was found guilty and fined $100.

Brent Joseph Conley, DOB 10/20/90, of Norway, was charged with Sale and Use of Drug Paraphernalia on 10/26/11 in Norway by Norway Police. He was found guilty by default and fined $300.

Marshall, DOB 4/23/84, of Minot, was charged with Violating Condition of Release, Obstructing Report of Crime, Criminal Mischief and Domestic Violence Assault on 12/5/11 in Norway by Norway Police. He was found guilty on the first three charges, sentenced for 48 hours on the first charge and fined $200 on the second and third charges. The fourth charge was dropped.

Howard W. Maxim, DOB 9/11/57, of South Paris, was charged with OUI-1 Prior on 11/6/11 in Woodstock by Oxford Sheriff. He was found guilty and fined $700, sentenced for seven days and license suspended for three years.

Brittany McCaughin, DOB 12/6/92, of Norway, was charged with Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer on 1/3/12 in Oxford by Oxford Police. She was found guilty and fined $100.

Tyler M. McLaughlin, DOB 1/21/86, of Norway, was charged with Sale and Use of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Marijuana, up to 1 1/4 ounces. The first charge was dropped, found guilty on the second charge and fined $150.

John P. Messier, DOB 7/30/70, of Rumford, was charged with Violating Condition of Release on 5/9/12 in Rumford by Rumford Police. He was found guilty and sentenced for 24 hours.

Brittney L. O'Donnell, DOB 6/21/88, of Harrison, was charged with Possession of Marijuana up to 1 1/4 ounces on 2/29/12 in Waterford by Oxford Sheriff. She was found guilty and fined $350.

Daniel L. Paine, DOB 1/10/58, of West Paris, was charged with Violating Condition of Release and OUI on 5/3/12 in Paris by Paris Police. He was found guilty on both charges and sentenced for 24 hours on the first and fined $500 and license suspended for 90 days on the second charge.

Jonathan Paine, DOB 7/30/85, of South Paris, was charged with Violating Condition of Release on 5/8/12 in Norway by Norway Police. He was found guilty and sentenced for 24 hours.

Jennifer L. Place, DOB 12/22/78, of Oxford, was charged with Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer and Violating Condition of Release on 5/16/12 in Oxford by Oxford Police. She was found guilty on both charges and sentenced for three days.
