He was found guilty on the trespass charge and assault charges and sentenced for 30 days and given an administrative release sentence for one year on each charge. The other charges were dropped.

Anthony K. Heath, DOB 6/25/86, of Rumford, was charged with Failing to Stop, Remain, Render Aid, Personal Injury and OUI-Priors on 7/31/11 in Gilead by Maine State Police. Kevin Hill, DOB 6/27/62, of Kingwood, TX, was charged with Driving to Endanger on 8/23/11 in Bethel by Oxford Sheriff. He was found guilty and fined $1,000 and license suspended for 30 days.

Thomas B. Hines Jr., DOB 2/27/90, of Peru, was charged with Domestic Violence Assault on 9/7/11 in Rumford by Rumford Police. He was found guilty and no result given.

Martin Holmquist, DOB 8/14/78, of Peru, was charged with two counts of Aggravated Furnishing of Scheduled Drugs and Endangering the Welfare of a Child on 9/30/o7 in Peru by Oxford Sheriff. He was found guilty on all charges and sentenced for nine months and probation partially revoked on one of the drug charges, fined $400, sentenced for six months and probation for two years on the other drug charge and sentenced for 30 days on the welfare charge. 


Martin Holmquist, DOB 8/14/78, of Peru, was charged with Forgery and Violating Condition of Release on 9/26/08 in Dixfield by Dixfield Police. He was found guilty on both charges and sentenced for nine months and probation partially revoked on the first charge and given probation for one year on the second charge.

Dana V. Ingerson Jr., DOB 9/14/86, of Canton, was charged with OAS-Prior on 11/27/11 in Canton by Maine State Police. He was found guilty and fined $250.

Ashley Lyn Jackson, DOB 9/14/87, of Mexico, was charged with Using Counterfeit Vehicle Inspection Sticker on 10/5/11 in Rumford by Maine State Police. She was found guilty and fined $250.

David Wayne Johnson, DOB 3/29/63, of Bryant Pond, was charged with Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer on 5/13/11 in Bethel by Bethel Police. He was found guilty and given a suspended sentence, administrative release sentence for one year and restitution of $200.

Elida A. Jones, DOB 8/13/62, of Rumford, was charged with Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drugs on 9/29/11 in Rumford by Maine Drug Enforcement. She was found guilty and fined $400.

Alexander R. Kiesman, DOB 6/18/93, of Denmark, was charged with Driving to Endanger and OUI on 8/20/10 in Denmark by Oxford Sheriff. He was found guilty on the first charge and fined $575 and license suspended for 30 days. The second charge was dropped.

Amy L. Knowlton, DOB 12/31/81, of Rumford, was charged with Theft by Deception on 10/1/06 in Rumford by Rumford Police. The charge was dropped.

John Lacombe, DOB 12/21/63, of Old Orchard Beach, was charged with Violating Condition of Release and Domestic Violence Assault-Priors on 7/24/10 in Norway by Norway Police. He was found guilty on both charges and sentenced for six months, probation partially revoked and probation continued on each charge.

Troy W. Lake, DOB 10/23/69, of Skowhegan, was charged with ATV Operator Failing to Stop and Identify to landowner on 9/3/11 in Mexico by Mexico Police. He was found guilty and fined $200.

Carl R. Lang, DOB 4/9/90, of Norway, was charged with Burglary and Violating Condition of Release on 1/28/10 in Bethel by Bethel Police. He was found guilty on both charges and sentenced for one year and probation revoked on the first charge and sentenced for 48 hours on the second charge.

Rodney L. Leach II, DOB 12/13/80, of Rumford, was charged with Aggravated Criminal Mischief and Disorderly Conduct, Loud Unreasonable Noise on 1/1/12 in Rumford by Rmford Police. He was found guilty on both charges and fined $100 and restitution of $45.60 on the first charge and fined $200 on the second charge.
