The following driver was apprehended by local law enforcement and charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle While Under the Influence of an Intoxicating Substance (OUI): 

Toby Alan Boutilier, 37, of Oxford was arrested at 4:13 p.m. on March 12 in Norway and charged with OUI. Norway Police Officer Robert Federico II made the arrest. According to officials, Boutilier has one prior OUI conviction.
