PARIS — The following is the Closed Case Report from Maine District Court in Oxford County from November  1, 2012,  to January  31, 2013.

Joseph W. Adams, DOB 6/22/90, of Paris, was charged with Cultivating Marijuana on 8/4/12 in Paris by Maine State Police.  The charge was filed with cost.

William James Adams, DOB 9/19/90, of Hartford, was charged with OUI-1 Prior on 7/6/12 in Sumner by Maine State Police.  He was found guilty and fined $700, sentenced for seven days and license suspended for three years.

Jacob P. Alexander, DOB 4/29/91, of Harrison, was charged with OUI on 7/28/12 in Norway by Norway Police.  He was found guilty and fined $650, license suspended for 90 days and community service for 20 hours.

Amandalyn Amaral, DOB 4/9/87, of Norway, was charged with Violating Condition of Release on 7/1/12 in Norway by Norway Police.  The charge was dropped.

Roy E. Ames III, DOB 12/2/76, of Oxford, was charged with Failing to Appear for Disclosure or Contempt Hearing on 1/27/11 in Paris.  He was found guilty and fined $100.

Andrew P. Anketell, DOB 9/8/85, of Minot, was charged with Sale and Use of Drug Paraphernalia  and Possession of Marijuana, up  to 1 1/4 ounce on 10/27/12 in Buckfield by Maine State Police.  The first charge was dropped, found guilty on the second charge and fined $35o.

Scott A. Aube, DOB 6/25/71 of Lewiston, was charged with Cultivating Marijuana on 6/25/71 in Hartford by Oxford Sheriff.  The charge was filed with cost.

Pamela Babbitt, DOB 7/4/79, of Casco, was charged with OUI and Driving to Endanger on 4/6/12 in Norway by Norway Police.  The first charge was dropped, found guilty on the second charge and fined $800 and license suspended for 390 days.   

William E. Barker Jr., DOB 7/30/68, of South Paris, was charged with Cultivating Marijuana on6/1o/12 in Paris by Oxford Sheriff.  The charge was filed with cost.

Thomas D. Beaulier, DOB 11/29/79, of West Paris, was charged with OUI on7/6/12 in West Paris by Maine State Police.  He was found guilty and fined $500, sentenced for 96 hours and license suspended for 90 days.

Thomas D. Beaulier, DOB 11/29/79, of West Paris, was charged with Domestic Violence Assault and two counts of Violating Condition of Release on 8/28/12 in West Paris by Maine State Police.  The charges were dropped

Joseph P. Begin,  DOB 9/29/83. of South Paris, was charged with Fishing Without Valid License on 6/14/12 in Paris by Game Warden.  He was found guilty ad fined $100.
Tyler Belanger, DOB 12/18/82, of Buckfield, was charged with Criminal Mischief, Domestic Violence Stalking. Refusing to Submit to Arrest or Detention, Physical Force and Domestic Violence Terrorizing on 6/5/12 in Buckfield by Maine State Police.  He was found guilty on the stalking and terrorizing charges and sentenced for 10 days and probation for one year.  The other charges were dropped.

Stephen A. Bennett, DOB 3/4/47, of Buckfield, was charged with Loaded Firearm or Crossbow in Motor Vehicle on 11/1`212 in Buckfield by Game Warden.  He was found guilty and fined $200.

Jerome S. Benson, DOB 5/24/56, of Greenwood, was charged with OUI-No Test on 3/30/12 in South Paris by Paris Police.  He was found guilty and fined $700 and license suspended for 90 days.

Kevin H. Benson, DOB 12/.20/84, of Norway, was charged with Failing to Register Vehicle on 11/26/12 in Norway by Norway Police.  He was found guilty and fined $100.
