PARIS — The following is the Closed Case Report from Maine Superior  Court in Oxford County from January 1, to January  31.

Heather R. McAlister, DOB 5/27/89, of Pittsburg, NH, was charged with OAS-Prior and OUI on 7/20/12 in Rumford by Rumford Police.  She was found guilty on both charges and fined $250 on the first charge and fined $700, sentenced for seven days and license suspended for three years on the second charge.

 Sean Thomas McDonough, DOB 2/21/81, of Harrison, was charged with Criminal Mischief, OUI-No Test, Refusing to Submit to Arrest or Detention, Physical Force, OAS-Prior and Theft by Unauthorized Use of Property on 10/5/11 in Otisfield by Oxford Sheriff.  He was found guilty on the first, second and fourth charges and given probation for one year and restitution of $1,500 on the first charge, fined $500 ad license suspended for 90 days on the OUI charge and fined $250 on the OAS charge.  The other charges were dropped. 

Virginia L. McDonough, DOB 6/17/73, of Portland, was charged with Endangering Welfare of a Child, Domestic Violence Assault and Assault on 7/16/11 in Oxford and Byron by Oxford Sheriff.  She was found guilty on the second charge and given a suspended sentence and probation for one year.  The other charges were dropped.

Mark E.McKeen, DOB 5/12/61, of Norway, was charged with Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer o 6/20/12 in Oxford by Oxford Police.  He was found guilty and fined $250, sentenced for 60 days and probation for one year. 

Aaron W.F. McPhee, DOB 7/4/86, of Rumford, was charged with OUI on 8/27/11 in Rumford by Rumford Police.  The charge was dropped.

Matthew McPherson, DOB 8/28/91, of Mexico, was charged with Burglary and Criminal Mischief on 2/13/10 in Rumford by Rumford Police.  The first charge was dropped, found guilty on the second charge and fined $100.

Matthew McPherson, DOB 8/28/91, of Mexico, was charged with Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer, Criminal Mischief, Violating Condition of Release, Theft by Receiving Stolen Property and Burglary on 2/9/10 and 2/18/10 in  Andover.  He was found guilty on the second, third and fourth charges and fined $100 on each charge.  The first and last charges were dropped.

Norman A. Meader, DOB 11/2/45, of Canton, was charged with Driving to Endanger and OUI on 6/18/11 in Canton by Oxford Sheriff.  He was found guilty on the first charge and fined $575 and license suspended for 30 days.  The second charge was dropped.

Jason M. Merriam, DOB 2/12/81, of Sumner, was charged with Aggravated Assault on 9/27/07 in Sumner by Oxford Sheriff.  He was found guilty and probation partially revoke.

Nicholas D. Morin, DOB 12/7/78, of West Paris, was charged with Failing to Comply with Sex Offender Registry Act-3rd Offense on 12/7/10 in West Paris by Oxford Sheriff.  He was found guilty and sentenced for one year.

Nicholas D. Morin, DOB 12/7/78, of West Paris, was charged with Failing to Report on 1/18/13 in Paris by Oxford Sheriff.  He was found guilty and sentenced for 14 days.

Timothy A. Moore, DOB 9/12/55, of Andover, was charged with Driving to Endanger and OUI on 8/5/12 in Rumford by Rumford Police.  He was found guilty on the first charge and fined $575 and license suspended for 30 days.  The second charge was dropped.

Kathleen Nionakis, DOB 7/27/61, of Brownfield, was charged with Operating Motor Vehicle Without License-Condition/Restricted, Accompanying Motor Vehicle Perigee While Impaired and OUI on 4/19/12 in Brownfield by Oxford Sheriff.  He was found guilty on the OUI charge and fined $500 and license suspended for 90 days.

Carroll W. Noyes, DOB 1/25/46, of Peru, was charged with Motor Vehicle Speeding 30+ mph Over Speed Limit on 5/12/12 in Canton by Oxford Sheriff.  The charge was dropped.

Daniel L. Paine, DOB 1/10/58, of West Paris, was charged with Terrorizing and Criminal Threatening on 6/19/11 in Paris by Paris Police.   He was found guilty on the first charge and fined $200.  The second charge was dropped. 

Christopher Pendery, DOB 11/30/81, of Saco, was charged with Tampering with Witness, Informant, Juror or Victim and Terrorizing on 3/7/08 in Porter by Oxford Sheriff.  He was found guilty on both charges and sentenced for five days and probation partially revoked on the first charge and sentenced for six months on the second charge.

Ryan M. Philbrook, DOB 9/8/90, of Wilton, was charged Theft by Receiving Property on 11/30/10 in Wilton by Maine State Police.  No results.  

 Nicholas D. Morin, DOB 12/7/78, of West Paris, was charged with Failing to Report on 1/18/13 in Paris by Oxford Sheriff.  He was found guilty and sentenced for 14 days.

Thomas A. Pendergast Sr., DOB 8/25/72, of Laconia, NH, was charged with Failing to Pay Tax on File Return on 4/15/03 in Rumford by Maine Revenue Service.  He was found guilty and probation revoked and no sentence imposed

Robert C. Raftice, DOB 10/2/86, of Lewiston, was charged with Unlawful Sexual Contact on 9/5/06 in Mexico by Mexico Police.  He was found guilty and sentenced for three years and six months and probation partially revoked.

Eric M. Richard, DOB 12/18/75, of Mexico, was charged with Unlawful  Trafficking in Scheduled Drugs on 9/8/12 in Mexico by Mexico Police.  He was found guilty and fined $500, sentenced for 30 days and probation for two years. 

Tyler J. Rioux, DOB 7/24/90, of Norway, was charged with Criminal Simulation and Theft by Receiving Stolen Property on 3/28/12 in Norway by Bridgton Police.  The charges were dropped.

Richard J. Scagliola, DOB 11/14/59, of Rumford, was charged with Stalking-Serious Inconvenient/Emotional Distress and Terrorizing on 5/22/12 in Mexico by Mexico Police.  The charges were dropped.

Richard J. Scagliola, DOB 11/14/59, of Rumford, was charged with Disorderly Conduct, Offensive Words, Gestures on 7/1/12 in Rumford by Rumford Police.  The charge was dropped.

Shane Mason, DOB 10/1/88, of West Paris, was charged with Negotiating a Worthless Instrument and Violating Condition of Release on 3/18/12 in West Paris by Oxford Sheriff.  The charges were dropped.

Shane Mason, DOB 10/1/88, of Lewiston, was charged with Burglary on 6/8/11 in West Paris by Maine State Police.  He was found guilty and sentenced for 60 days, probation for one year, restitution of $4,150 and community service of 150 hours.

Shane Mason, DOB 10/1/88, of West Paris, was charged with two counts of Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer and two counts of Burglary on 7/18/12 in West Paris by Maine State Police.  He was found guilty on all the charges and no results were given.

Juanita L. Small, DOB 11/4/71, of New Gloucester was charged with Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer on 7/3/10 in Mexico by Mexico Police.  She was found guilty and sentenced for two years. 

Jason R. Standeven, DOB 5/13/74, of Andover, was charged with Domestic Violent Reckless Conduct, Domestic Violence Terrorizing and Obstructing Report of Injury on 6/23/12 in Andover by Oxford Sheriff.  The charges were all dropped.

State of Maine was charged with Aggravated Operating after HO Revocation-Priors on 8/22/10 in Denmark.  The charge was dropped.

Stuart L. Strickert, DOB 4/12/46, of Eureka Springs, AR, was charged with OUI on 9/28/10 in Dixfield by Dixfield Police.  The charge was dropped.

Ryan T. Stuart, DOB 2/16/94, of Waterford, was charged with Disorderly Conduct, Criminal Mischief, Driving to Endanger and Reckless Conduct on 3/23/12 in Paris by Paris Police.  He was found guilty on the last two charges and fined $575 and license suspended for 30 days on the third charge and sentenced for 48 hours, probation for one year and restitution of $200 on the fourth charge.  The other charges were dropped.

Steven C. Sutton, DOB 12/31/51, of West Greenwich, RI, was charged with Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer on 7/5/12 in Mexico by Mexico Police.  He was found guilty and fined $700.

Bruce E. Thiebault, DOB 2/20/69, of Uxbridge, MA, was charged with Reckless Conduct on 1/15/13 in Bethel by Oxford Sheriff.  He was found guilty and fined $7o0.

Brandon E. Turbide, DOB 11/4/91, of Rumford, was charged with Assault on 8/21/12 in Mexico by Mexico Police.  The charge was dropped.

Judith A. Walker, DOB 1/30/49, of Mexico, was charged with Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer and Violating Condition of Release on 6/20/12 in Rumford by Rumford Police.  She was found guilty on the first charge and given a suspended sentence, probation for one year and community service for 100 hours.

Sarah Wentworth, DOB 12/20/64, of Fryeburg, was charged with Domestic Violence Assault on 9/18/12 in Fryeburg by Fryeburg Police.  The charge was filed with cost.

Tia Marie Wright, DOB 11/3/85, of Otisfield, was charged with Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drugs and Unlawful Possession of Hydrocodone on 10/10/10 in Paris by Paris Police.   She was found guilty on the first charge and fined $400.  The second charge was dropped.
