PARIS — The following is the Closed Case Report from Maine Superior  Court in Oxford County from December 1, to December 31.

Walter H. Akers, DOB 3/20/65, of Dixfield, was charged with two counts of Assault, Reckless Conduct and Criminal Threatening on 8/2/12 in Rumford by Rumford Police.  The charges were all dropped.

Kevin Scott Ayer, DOB 9/1/66, of Lewiston, was charged with Unlawful Sexual Contact on 3/13/12 in South Paris by Paris Police.  The charge was dropped.

Morris E. Conant, DOB 2/27/37, of Canton, was charged with two counts of OUI-Injury, Reckless Conduct, OUI and Aggravated Assault on 10/21/11 in Canton by Maine State Police.  He was found guilty on the reckless conduct, OUI and aggravated assault charges and sentenced for 14 days and probation for two years on the conduct charged, fined $500 and license suspended for one year on the OUI charge and sentenced for 14 days, probation for two years and restitution of $15,006.25 on the assault charge.

Tyler Crawford, DOB 5/12/94, of China, was charged with Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer on 8/21/12 in Paris by Paris Police.  The charge was dropped.

David James Crosby, DOB 9/20/76, of Mexico, was charged with three counts of Gross Sexual Assault and one count of Unlawful Sexual Contact on 1/5/06,  1/30/06, 2/7/06 and 2/10/06 in Mexico by Mexico Police.  The charges were all dropped.

Donna L. Dennison, DOB 6/20/69, of Bryant Pond, was charged with Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drugs, Driving to Endanger and OUI on 9/18/10 in South Paris by Maine State Police.  She was found guilty on the second charge and fined $700 and license suspended for 30 days.  The other charges were dropped.

Robert Turcotte C. Duff, DOB 5/10/91, of Monterey, CA, was charged with Violation Protective Order, Domestic Violence Stalking and Domestic Violence Terrorizing on 4/4/12 in Dixfield by Dixfield Police.  The charges were all dropped.

Adam J. Gill, DOB 9/18/94, of Peru, was charged with Operating Vehicle Without License on 4/29/12 in Mexico by Dixfield Police.  He was found guilty and fiend $200.

Rodney A. Heath, DOB 10/8/74, of Otisfield, was charged with Aggravated Criminal Trespass, Unlawful Sexual Contact and Assault on 7/18/06 in Paris by Paris Police.  He was found guilty on all charges and sentenced for three years on the first charge, sentenced for two years and probation partially revoked on the second charge and fiend $300 and sentenced for 364 days on the third charge.

Robbin Ray Hosier, DOB  4/16/69, of Rumford, was charged with Aggravated Assault on 6/10/12 in Rumford by Rumford Police.  The charge was dropped.

Shannon M. Long, DOB 11/29/92, of Bethel, was charged with Aggravated Forgery on 9/3/11 in Bethel by Oxford Sheriff.  The charge was dropped.

Jeffrey J. Lynds, DOB 3/17/76, of Canton, was charged with Driving to Endanger and OUI on 3/19/11 in Canton by Oxford Sheriff.  He was found guilty on the first charge and fiend $5675 and license suspended for 30 days.  The second charge was dropped.

Gary J. Peaslee Jr., DOB 5/5/87, of New Gloucester, was charged with Illegal Possession of Firearm, Aggravated Criminal Mischief, Disorderly Conduct, Offensive Words, Gestures and Violating Protective Order on 1021/12 in Rumford by Maine State Police.  The charges were all dropped.

Matthew R. Richards, DOB 6/15/66, of Anson, was charged with Unlawful Possession of Hydrocodone on 7/21/12 in Oxford by Maine State Police  The charge was dropped.

Jillian Robinson, DOB 3/21/91, of Salem, MA, was charged with Assault on an Officer on 7/28/23 in Fryeburg by Fryeburg Police.  The charge was dropped.

Chanda L. Sanfratello, DOB 3/5/79, of Rumford, was charged with Unlawful Trafficking in Scheduled Drugs, Endangering the Welfare of  a Child and  Violating Condition of Release on 9/1/11 and 1/5/12 in Rumford by Maine Drug Enforcement.  She was found guilty on the first charge and fined $400, sentenced for 157 days and probation for two years.  The other charges were dropped.

Kristy E. Sinclair, DOB 1/2/79/ of Naples, was charged with

Burglary and Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer on 12/8/11 in Waterford by Maine State Police.  She was found guilty on both charges and given suspended sentences and probation for two years on each charge and restitution of $3,056 on the first charge.

Emily Strickland, DOB 7/22/88, of Freeport, was charged with Disorderly Conduct, Loud Unreasonable Noise on 4/8/12 in Newry by Maine State Police.  She was found guilty and fined $500.

Robert Thibault, DOB 1/23/63, of Sumner, was charged with Criminal Mischief and, Obstructing Report of Crime and Domestic Violence Assault on 11/11/12 in Sumner by Maine State Police.  The first two charges were dropped, found guilty on the third charge and sentenced for 90 days and probation for two years.

Robert Thibault, DOB 1/23/63, of Sumner, was charged with three counts of  Violating Condition of Release on 11/18/12 and 11/14/12 in Norway by Maine State Police.  He was found guilty on one of the charges and sentenced of 90 days and probation for one year.  The other charges were drooped.

Shamus West, DOB 6/10/80, of Noway, was charged with Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drugs on 3/13/11 in Paris by Paris Police.  He was found guilty and sentenced for 30 days and probation partially revoked.
