PARIS — The following is the Closed Case Report from Maine Superior  Court in Oxford County from November 1, to November 30.

Evan D. Arvedon, DOB 9/17/90, of Foxboro, MA, was charged with Disorderly Conduct, Loud Unreasonable Noise and Refusing to Submit to Arrest or Detention, Bodily Injury and Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer on 4/8/12 in Newry by Oxford Sheriff.  He was found guilty on the first charge and fined $400.  The other charges were dropped.

John Patrick Bernard, DOB 3/14/65, of Mexico, was charged with Aggravated Trafficking of Scheduled Drugs, Violating Condition of Release, Unlawful Trafficking in Scheduled Drugs and three counts of Unlawful Possession of Schedule Drugs on 12/27/ 12 in Mexico and Rumford by Maine Drug Enforcement.  He was found guilty on the second and third charges and sentenced for 30 days on the second charge and sentenced for nine months and one day on the third charge.  The other charges were dropped.

John Patrick Bernard, DOB 3/14/65, of Mexico, was charged with Violating Condition of Release on 3/5/12 in Mexico by Mexico Police  The charge was dropped

Treasa Bernard, DOB 5/27/72, of Rumford, was charged with Disorderly Conduct, Loud Unreasonable Noise on 6/11/12 in Rumford by Rumford Police.  The charge was dropped.

David A. Bishop, DOB 1/26/74, of Andover, was charged with Operating after Habitual Offender Revocation-Prior on 3/27/12 in Woodstock by Maine State Police,  He was found guilty and fiend $1,000 and sentenced for six months.

Matthew Bishop, DOB 6/15/76, of Haydenville, MA, was charged with Unlawful Trafficking in Scheduled Drugs on 7/2/10 in Oxford by Oxford Police.  He was found guilty and fiend $2,500 and sentenced for 48 hours.

Jude L. Bradley Sr,, DOB 6/23/54, of Porter, was charged with Motor Vehicle Speeding 30+ mph over Speed Limit on 5/18/12 in Fryeburg by Fryeburg Police.  The charge was dropped.

Jason M. Brown, DOB 11/27/77, of Waterford, was charged with Domestic Violence Assault, Terrorizing and Criminal Mischief on 6/5/11 in Waterford by Oxford Sheriff.  He was found guilty on the first charge and sentenced for one year and probation for two years.

Jason M. Brown, DOB 11/27/77, of Waterford, was charged with two counts of Violating Condition of Release on 5/22/12 in Waterford by Oxford Sheriff. He was found guilty on one of the charges and given a suspended sentence and probation for two years.  The other charge was dropped.

Thomas Chester Brown, DOB 3/24/54, of Mexico, was charged with Terrorizing on 4/3/12 in Mexico by Mexico Police.  He as found guilty and sentenced for five days  and administrative release sentence for one year.

Wayne Scott Brown, DOB 5/16/55, of Norway, was charged with Terrorizing on 3/7/12 in Norway by Norway Police.  He was found guilty and sentenced for 18 months.

Wayne Scott Brown, DOB 5/16/55, of Norway, was charged with Burglary, one count of Violating Condition of Release and one count of Violating Protective Order on 5/25/12 in Norway by Norway Police.  He was found guilty on the first charge and given a suspended sentence and probation for three years.

Paul L. Burnell Jr., DOB 6/10/66, of Naples, was charged with Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer on 4/4/12 in Paris by Oxford Sheriff.  He was found guilty and fined $1,000, sentenced for 25 days, probation for one year and restitution of $5,911.

Joseph L. Carroll, DOB 6/24/88, of New Gloucester was charged with Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer, Refusing to Submit to Arrest or Detention, Physical Force and Disorderly Conduct, Loud Unreasonable Noise on 4/8/12 in Newry by Maine State Police.  The first two charges were dropped, found guilty on the third charge and fined $400.

Peter Cayouette, DOB 6/15/75, of West Paris, was charged with Gross Sexual Assault on 7/28/11 in West Paris by Maine State Police.  The charge was dropped.

Tammy L. Chapman, DOB 8/28/88, of Brownfield, was charged with Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer on 4/2/09 in Brownfield by Maine State Police.  She was found guilty and sentenced for nine months and one day and probation partially revoked.

Anne Marie Charest, DOB 4/22/67, of Oxford, was charged with Criminal Trespass, Operating after Habitual Offender Revocation-Priors and Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer on 1/15/11 in Oxford by Oxford Police.  She was found guilty on the first and third charges and sentenced for 48 hours on each charge.  The other charges were dropped.

Marc Arthur Chartier Jr.,  DOB 7/17/77, of Mexico, was charged with Unlawful Trafficking in Scheduled Drugs on 9/29/11 in Rumford by Maine Drug Enforcement.  He was found guilty and fined $500, sentenced for 11 days and probation for two years.

Steven M. Cole, DOB 5/25/61, of Canton, was charged with Domestic Violence Assault-Priors T 15 on 5/2/12 in Canton by Maine State Police.  The charge was dropped.

Cox, DOB 8/2/85, of Bryant Pond, was charged with Unlawful  Trafficking in Scheduled Drugs and Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drugs on 10/16/10 in Paris by Paris Police.  The first charge was dropped, found guilty on the second charge and given a suspended sentence and administrative release sentence of one year.

Joseph R. Cox, DOB 8/2/85, of Bryant Pond, was charged with Theft by Receiving Stolen Property and Forgery on 1/3/11 in Bethel by Oxford Sheriff.  He was found Violating Condition of Release guilty on both charges and given a suspended sentence and probation for two years on each charge.

Joseph Ryan Cox, DOB 8/2/85, of Bryant Pond, was charged with Assault, Aggravated Assault, Criminal Threatening with Dangerous Weapon, Domestic Violence Assault, Terrorizing and Violating Condition of Release.  All charges were dropped.

Joseph Ryan Cox, DOB 8/2/85, of Bryant Pond, was charged with Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer. Theft by Receiving Stolen Property-Priors, two counts of Violating Condition of Release and Burglary in 12/10/11 in Woodstock by Maine State Police.  All charges were dropped.

Scott Brian Dackmine, DOB 1/10/67, of Auburn, was charged with Cultivating Marijuana and Unlawful  Trafficking in Scheduled Drugs on 8/3/10 in Andover by Maine Drug Enforcement.  He was found guilty on both charges and fined $1,000 on each charge.

Nicole Irene Derosa, DOB 2/1/88, of Madison, NH, was charged with Theft by Receiving Stolen Property on 6/29/11 in Fryeburg by Fryeburg Police.  He was found guilty and sentenced for 40 days.

John R. DeSalvo, DOB 10/20/79, of Otisfield, was charged with Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drugs and  Violating Condition of Release on 5/14/11 in Norway by Norway Police.  He was found guilty on both charges and fiend $500 on the first charge and $200 on the second charge.

Jonathan B. Downs, DOB 4/7/82, of Andover, was charged with OUI on 4/27/12 in Mexico by Mexico Police.  He was found guilty and fiend $500 and license suspended for 90 days.

Jonathan E. Dubey, DOB 4/21/69, of Upton, was charged with Aggravated Assault on 7/9/10 in Bethel by Oxford Sheriff.  He was found guilty and sentenced for 13 days and probation partially revoked.

Jonathan D. Every, DOB 7/18/91, of  Rumford was charged with Violating Condition of Release and Burglary on 5/22/12 in Rumford by Rumford Police.  He was found guilty on the first charge and fined $500.  The second charge was dropped.

Rosemary L. Jennings Farrar, DOB 2/12/74, of Auburn, was charged with Theft of Lost, Mislaid or Misdelivered Property on 5/31/11 in Bethel by Oxford Sheriff.  The charge was dropped.

Earl Stephen Gerrish, DOB 6/28/69, of Rumford, was charged with two counts of Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer on 5/17/12 in Rumford by Rumford Police.  The charges were dropped.

Cynthia J. Goodrich, DOB 5/21/72, of Bethel, was charged with Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer, two counts of Forgery  and Negotiating a Worthless Instrument on 8/13/10 in Paris by Oxford Sheriff.  The charges were all dropped.

Cynthia J. Goodrich, DOB 5/21/72, of Bethel, was charged with Violating Condition of Release in 10/24/11 in Bethel by Oxford Sheriff.  She was found guilty and give an unconditional discharge.

Charles E. Hamilton, DOB 5/7/65, of Rumford, was charged with Burglary on 5/3/23 in Rumford by Rumford Police.  The charge was dropped.

David J. Hovan, DOB 1/31/88, of South Paris, was charged with Assault on 11/10/11 in Norway by Norway Police.  He was found guilty and fined $300, given a suspended sentence, administrative release sentence for one year and restitution of $600.

Paul M. Inman, DOB 5/27/82, of Norway, was charged with Violating Condition of Release on5/27/12 in Lincoln Plantation by Game Warden.  The charge was dropped.

Susan M. Jamison, DOB 6/25/85, of Andover, was charged with Theft by Deception on 4/1/08 in Andover. She was found guilty and sentenced for seven days and probation partially revoked.

Teresa M. Jerolmon, DOB 12/10/83, of Buckfield, was charged with Charles C. Whitman, DOB 5/8/59, of South Paris, was charged with Operating after Habitual Offender Revocation-Prior on 4/18/12 in Buckfield by Oxford Sheriff.  The charge was dropped.

Sharlyna Jones, DOB 5/5/88, of Rumford, was charged with Illegal Importation of Scheduled Drugs and Unlawful Possession of Oxycodone on 9/30/11 in Rumford by Maine Drug Enforcement.  The charges were dropped.

Thomas L. Joudrey, DOB 2/2/59, of Livermore, was charged with Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drugs on 8/18/10 in Canton by Maine State Police.  He was found guilty and fined $500.

Valerie J. King, DOB 4/11/89, of Winslow, was charged with Hindering Apprehension or Prosecution on 4/17/11 in Rumford by Rumford Police.  The charge was dropped.

Amy L. Knowlton, DOB 12/31/81, of Rumford, was charged with Theft by Deception on 10/1/06 in Rumford by Rumford Police.  She was found guilty and sentenced for 90 days, probation for two years and restitution of $18,654.

Wayne A. Komulainen, DOB 12/20/75, of Denmark, was charged with Domestic Violence Assault-Priors DV on 12/10/10 in Denmark by Oxford Sheriff.  He was found guilty and sentenced for six months and probation partially revoked.

Billie Jo Lawton, DOB 5/14/72, of Rumford, was charged with Burglary and Stealing Drugs on 3/18/12 in Rumford by Rumford Police.  The first charge was dropped, found guilty on the second charge and fined $400.

Ryan Lizotte, DOB 1/28/92, of Auburn, was charged with Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer on 4/8/11 in Oxford by Oxford Police.  He was found guilty and given a suspended sentence, probation for two years ad restitution of $150.

David S. McCaul III, DOB 8/30/93, of South Paris, was charged with Unlawful Sexual Contact on 12/1/11 in Paris by Paris Police.  The charge was dropped.

Danielle McLaughlin, DOB 6/18/83, of Mexico, was charged with Unsworn Falsification on 2/19/12 in Mexico by Mexico Police.  She was found guilty and fined $400.

Jessica McMahon, DOB 4/25/84, of Oxford, was charged with OUI-No Test-1 Prior on 3/13/11 in Paris by Paris Police.  The charge was dropped.

Justin Merchant, DOB 3/28/88, of Lewiston, was charged with Criminal Trespass, two counts of Criminal Mischief  and Burglary on 1/28/11 in Rumford by Rumford Police.  He was found guilty on the first charge and one of the criminal mischief charges  and given suspended sentences, administrative release sentence for one year and restitution of $300 on each charge.  The other charges were dropped.

Shannon Merriam, DOB 7/26/70, of South Portland, was charged with Operating Vehicle without License-Condition Restricted, OUI and Endangering the Welfare of a Child on 5/6/12 in Rumford by Rumford Police.  She was found guilty on the OUI charge and fined $700, sentenced for seven days and license suspended for three years.

Tyler C. Moore, DOB 8/4/92, of South Paris, was charged with Unlawful Sexual Contact on 10/30/10 in West Paris by Maine State Police.  He was found guilty and sentenced fore 90 days, probation for two years and community service for 30 hours.

Nicholas D. Morin, DOB 12/7/78, of West Paris, was charged with Failing to Comply with Sex Offender Registry Act-3rd Offense  and Violating Condition of Release on 12/7/10 in West Paris by Oxford Sheriff.  He was found guilty on the first charge and sentenced for one year.  The second charge was dropped.

Vincent Moschella, DOB 10/8/89, of Berkley, MA, was charged with Refusing to Submit to Arrest or Detention, Physical Force and Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer on 4/8/12 in Newry by Maine State Police.  The charges were dropped.

Arielle A. Nagy, DOB 10/17/90, of Brownfield, was charged with Negotiating a Worthless Instrument, Misuse of Identification and Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer on 4/25/12 in Denmark and Brownfield by Maine State Police.  She was found guilty on all charges and sentenced for 60 days on each charge and probation for two years on the third charge.

Mike Okot, DOB 2/20/86, of Portland, was charged with Unlawful Furnishing Scheduled Drugs on 5/14/11 in Rumford by Rumford Police.  He was found guilty and fined $1,000, sentenced for one year and probation for two years.

Jonathan Paine, DOB 7/30/85 of South Paris, was charged with Unlawful Possession of Hydrocodone and Violating Condition of Release on 3/22/12 in Norway by Norway Police.  He was found guilty on the first charge and sentenced for seven days and probation for one year.  The second charge was dropped.

Bruce D. Pinard, DOB 2/1/65 of Buckfield, was charged with Fraudulently Obtaining License or Permit and Illegal Possession of Firearm on 11/7/11 in Buckfield by Game Warden.  He was found guilty on both charges and fined $1,000 on the first charge and given a suspended sentenced and probation for one year on the second charge.

Emily M. Poitras, DOB 5/30/88, of Portland, was charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child on 11/5/11 in Fryeburg by Fryeburg Police.  The charge was dropped.

Brandon Reilly, DOB 9/19/87, of Albany Township, was charged with Criminal Mischief on 6/15/11 in Norway by Norway Police.  The charge was dropped.

Shane M. Richard, DOB 2/14/85, of Rumford, was charged with Domestic Violence Assault on 3/17/12 in Rumford by Rumford Police.  The charge was dropped.

 Ryan M. Richards, DOB 6/9/90, of Westbrook, was charged with Burglary of a Motor Vehicle on 5/31/10 in Hiram by Maine State Police.  He was found guilty and sentenced for nine months.

Kevin Robblee, DOB 1/21/91, of Fryeburg, was charged with Domestic Violence Assault on 4/30/11 in Lovell by Maine State Police.  The charge was dropped.

Craig J. Robinson, DOB 7/21/89, of Madison, NH, was charged with Reckless Conduct, OUI and Driving to Endanger on 2/21/12 in Fryeburg by Fryeburg Police.  He was found guilty on the OUI charge and fined $750 and license suspended for 90 days.  The other charges were dropped.

Joseph Albert Ruest, DOB 7/19/66, of Norway, was charged with Failing to Comply with Sex Offender Registry Act-2nd Offense on 2/25/11 in Norway by Norway Police.  The charge was dropped.

Savage Sr.,  DOB 5/9/64, of Bethel, was charged with Disorderly Conduct, Loud Unreasonable Noise, Refusing to Submit to Arrest or Detention, Refusing to Stop, Terrorizing and Disorderly Conduct, Offensive Words, Gestures on 5/14/12 in Bethel by Oxford Sheriff.  The charges were all dropped.

Thor Sinclair Sr., DOB 4/8/73, of Naples, was charged with Burglary and Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer on 12/8/11 in Waterford by Maine State Police.  He was found guilty on the first charge and given a suspended sentence, probation for three years and restitution of  $3,056.

Kenneth F. Snow, DOB 3/15/65, of Rumford, was charged with Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer, Burglary and Criminal Mischief on 3/5/12 in Rumford by Rumford Police.  He was found guilty on the second charge and sentenced for 60 days, probation for one year and restitution of $400.

State of Maine was charged with Aggravated Assault on 5/29/11 in Andover by Oxford Sheriff.  The charge was dropped.

Emily Stickland,  DOB 7/22/88, of Freeport, was charged with Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer and Disorderly Conduct, Loud Unreasonable Noise on 4/8/12 in Newry by Maine State Police.  The first charge was dropped, found guilty on the second charge and fined $500.

Mark E. Tardiff Jr., DOB 3/18/85, of Parsonfield, was charged with Aggravated Assault and Aggravated Driving to Endanger on 7/4/07 in Porter by Oxford Sheriff.  He was found guilty on both charges and sentenced for six months and probation partially revoked on the first charge and sentenced for three years and license suspended for 18 months on the second charge.

Angela M. Taylor, DOB 6/17/80, of Bethel, was charged with Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer on 8/31/10 in Oxford by Oxford Police.  She was found guilty and fined $200.

Kurt Allen Thurston, DOB 1/12/78, of Andover, was charged with OAS on 12/17/11 in Rumford by Rumford Police.  He was found guilty and fined $250.

Jason Toomey, DOB 2/20/77, of Canton, was charged with Criminal Threatening, Domestic Violence Stalking, Criminal Trespass and Violating Condition of Release on 5/19/12 in Canton by Oxford Sheriff.  The charges were all dropped.

Sara S. Turner, DOB 11/31/81, of Waterford, was charged with Failing to Notify of Motor Vehicle Accident on 2/9/12 in Fryeburg by Fryeburg Police.  She was found guilty and fined $100.

Christopher M. Upton,  DOB 9/2/76 of Norway, was charged with Domestic Violence Assault on 7/8/11 in Rumford by Rumford Police.  He was found guilty and sentenced for eight days and probation partially revoked.

James P. Walsh, DOB 12/27/71, of Brownfield, was charged with Protective Order from Harassment Violation on 5/14/12 in Brownfield by Maine State Police.  He was found guilty and given a suspended sentence and probation for one year.

Scott A. Walton, DOB 9/27/67, of Dixfield, was charged with Violating Protective Order on 5/4/12 in Rumford by Rumford Police.  The charge was dropped.

Corey Joseph Warren, DOB 8/7/85, of Fryeburg, was charged with Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer and Misuse of Identification on 3/30/12 in Fryeburg by Fryeburg Police.  The first charge was dropped, found guilty on the second charge and sentenced for 14 days, administration release sentence for one year and restitution of $424.
