McLaughlin basket workshop

PARIS — The McLaughlin Garden and Homestead is offering a basket making workshop on Saturday, February 9. Karen Ellis and Joyce Sweatt will be teaching participants how to make either a heart shaped or a red basket.

The event is timed for Valentine’s Day. The cost of $30 includes lunch as well as the instruction and the basket making supplies.

The workshop will be held from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. at the McLaughlin House on Main Street, near the intersection with Western Avenue.
