Time to register your dog

POLAND — All dogs six months of age or older by law must be licensed by January 31. Begins February 1 an additional $25 late fee will be added to the regular licensing fee.

For a spayed or neutered dog the fee is $6; for all others the fee is $11. They must have a current rabies certificate on file in order for them to register your dog and proof of spaying or neutering if this is your first time registering your dog in Poland.

Right now only about 50% of those who own dogs in Poland have licensed them; this is a state requirement that dogs are licensed each year.
