Suppers

PARIS — A public supper, sponsored by the Paris Fire Department Auxiliary, will be held Saturday, January 12 at 5 p.m. at the Paris Fire Department, Western Avenue in South Paris. Supper will include pork roast, mashed potatoes, veggies, macaroni and cheese, salads and homemade desserts. Cost is $8 for adults, $4 for ages four to12 and free for ages three and under.

There will be a 50/50 raffle as well as raffles for a $50 gift certificate to Agren Appliance, a fruit basket and a free meal for the next public supper.

All proceeds will benefit the Paris Fire Department Auxiliary and Fire Personnel.

PARIS — A roast turkey dinner with all the fixings and homemade pies will be held Saturday, January 12, at 5 p.m. at Deering Memorial Methodist Church at the corner of Main and Church streets in South Paris. The cost is $8 for adults and $4 for children under 12. There is ample parking behind the library and town office.

SUMNER — The Congregational Church of East Sumner will hold its monthly 1st Saturday Community Supper on January 5 at 5:30 p.m. The meal will be chicken enchiladas, corn bread, desserts and drinks. A donation is requested for the meal. Raffle items will also be available. The church is located at 50 Main Street in East Sumner.
