Health Fair planned in Casco

CASCO — Health on the Move" will be presented Monday, December 3, from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. at Crooked River Adult and Community Education Center, 1437 Poland Spring Road in Casco. This is a free event. A free lunch will be available from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. There will be door prizes.

Offerings include flu shots, blood pressure screenings, diabetes assessments, depression screenings and cancer screening programs. There will be resources on getting active, managing stress, treating addictions, accessing healthy foods, keeping a healthy home, assessing health care, children's oral health and parenting.

Partners include Bridgton Hospital, CarePartners, Crooked River Adult and Community Education Center, Cumberland County Government, Maine CDC, Maine Families, MaineHealth, Portland Public Health, Southern Maine Agency on Aging, Tri-County Mental Health Services, University of New England and VNA Home Health & Hospice/Mercy.

Children's activities will be provided by Saint Joseph's College.
