Holiday senior luncheon set

BROWNFIELD — Join Harrison Parks and Rec. for a Fa La La Senior Luncheon at the beautifully decorated Stone Mountain Arts Center in Brownfield on Tuesday, December 11.

Participants will gather at the public parking lot at the Harrison Town Office at 10:45 and carpool to Brownfield. Doors open at 11:30 a.m.

A delicious lunch will be served at 12 noon featuring homemade corn bread, garden salad, roast chicken with cranberry glaze, potatoes and veggies, dessert and coffee. (Beer and wine will be available).

Between courses Stone Mt. Art Center will show some famous and heartwarming holiday movie clips from your favorite Christmas movies.

Cost is $35; $25 for Harrison residents. Please call Parks and Rec. Director Paula Holt at 583-2241 to reserve your seat. Payment due upon registration. Deadline is December 3.

Note: Paula will still be offering the Tuesday, December 4 Senior Social at the Community Room from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Join in for word games, guess jar, Bingo and great food! Cost is $3 or donation.
