Firewood offered

BUCKFIELD — If you are in need of firewood this winter, you can help the library and potentially get a cord of wood for the price of a raffle ticket. The Zodiac Free Library is having a raffle for two separate cords of wood from Turner Fire Wood.

The wood was cut tree length last winter and will be cut, split and delivered within the local area (Buckfield, Hartford, Sumner, Turner, Lewiston, Auburn, Livermore and Greene).

There will be two separate drawings for a cord of wood each drawing. You will have two opportunities to win! The proceeds will go to the library.

Tickets are $1 apiece or $5 for six tickets. The firewood will be cut to stove length in October, and delivered between Thanksgiving and Christmas.
