New flag

NEW FLAG — Woodstock Historical Society President Olive Risko, right, accepts a flag from Elsie Bonney. Judith Grover Tent #17, Daughters of Union Veterans of the Civil War donated the flag to the Society at its October meeting to replace one that needed to be retired.
