Halloween Festival is scheduled

PARIS — The Children’s Room at the Paris Public Library is hosting its annual Halloween Festival on Saturday, October 27, from 1 to 3 p.m. Area children are invited to the library that afternoon to enjoy a variety of ghastly games, spooky stories, creepy crafts and scary snacks (they will contain sugar).
