CAMPAIGNING — Republican candidate, Jim Hamper, enjoys a bit of light conversation with parents Julie Carr and Jenn Padgett at the Oxford Fair. Oxford Hills Christian Academy, a Christ-centered Preschool-grade 12 private school in South Paris, sold fudge and other delightful goodies at the fair again this year.
