Senior Social, luncheons slated

HARRISON — The senior socials and luncheons, sponsored and hosted by Town of Harrison Parks and Recreation, will once again be offered on the first Tuesday of each month beginning Tuesday, October 2 from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. at the community room next to the fire station.

This luncheon will feature homemade macaroni and cheese, garden salad, homemade apple crisp, juice, coffee or tea. The cost is $3 or donation. If you don’t have time for socializing and games then please join in for a delicious meal at 12 noon.

Word puzzles and Bingo are always a favorite. (Please be aware that these luncheons will be at the community room due to the fire at the church.)

Please Note: Paula is now accepting reservations for the Fa La La luncheon at the beautifully decorated Stone Mt. Arts Center in Brownfield on Tuesday, December 11.

This is a special Christmas luncheon which includes a delicious meal along with the showing of famous and heartwarming holiday movie clips from your favorite Christmas movies. Cost is $35 ($25 for Harrison residents). Please call Paula to reserve your seat; tickets are limited.
