EAST SUMNER — A Bean Hole Bean supper will be held at the Congregational Church of East Sumner, Route 219, on Saturday, September 8 at 5:30 p.m. Supper will include hot dogs, brown bread, cole slaw and apple crisp. Turkey

PARIS — A roast turkey dinner with all the fixin's and homemade pies will be held Saturday, September 8, at 5 p.m. at the Deering Memorial Methodist Church at the corner of Main and Church Street in South Paris. The cost will be $8 for adults and $4 for children under 12. There is ample parking behind the library and the town office.

Supper

NORTH WATERFORD — A public supper will be held at the North Waterford Congregational Church on Tuesday, September 11, from 5 to 6:30 p.m.

The menu will include baked beans, American chop suey, casseroles, salads, brown bread, rolls, beverages and homemade pies for dessert. The price for adults is $7, children under 12 $3.50.

The North Waterford Church is located on the Five Kezars Road (off Rts. 35 and 37) opposite Melby’s Market.

Regular Sunday worship services for the Oxford County United Parish are being held at 10 a.m. at the East Stoneham Congregational Church through the month of September.
