Managing falls

NORWAY — The MaineHealth Learning Resource Center at Stephens Memorial Hospital (SMH) offers Matter of Balance: Managing Concerns about Falls to be held on Thursdays, September 13 – November 1 from 10 a.m. –12 p.m.

The program will meet in the Stephens Memorial Hospital Training Center (193 Main Street) in Norway.

This eight-session course is designed to help older adults overcome the fear of falling and increase activity levels.
