LRC offers healthy walking

NORWAY — The MaineHealth Learning Resource Center at Stephens Memorial Hospital (SMH) offers Walking for the Health of It to be held on Thursdays, September 20 – October 25 at 4:30 p.m.

The program will meet at The Riverside Trail at Oxford Hills Middle School (100 Pine Street) in South Paris. There is no cost for this program.

Join Kate Goldberg from Healthy Oxford Hills on the walking trails of the Norway/South Paris area. In this six-week program, you will explore different routes and enjoy the benefits of walking. For all walking levels. Wear comfortable walking shoes and bring water.
