Tools for smart money choices offered

LEWISTON — Are you ready to become more comfortable and confident with money? In this class participants will explore their attitudes and beliefs about money, look at their current financial situation, discuss wise use of credit, and create short and long term financial goals. They will learn money management tools and budgeting ideas to help them meet their financial goals.

Women, Work, and Community will be offering this free five-week training, "My Money Works: Tools for Smart Money Choices," in Lewiston from 5:30-8 p.m. on Wednesdays starting September 12 and ending October 10 at USM -LAC in Lewiston. Class dates are September 12, 19 and 26 and October 3 and 10.

Women, Work, and Community is a statewide nonprofit organization committed to improving the economic lives of Maine women and their families.
