LRC Nordic walking offered

NORWAY — The MaineHealth Learning Resource Center at Stephens Memorial Hospital (SMH) offers Nordic Walking to be held on Tuesdays, September 18 – November 6 at 4:30 p.m. The program will meet at the Riverside Trail at Oxford Hills Middle School (100 Pine Street) in South Paris.

Come walk with Jordan Beall, certified Nordic Walking leader from Stephens Memorial Hospital, and get more out of your movement while exploring local walking trails. This introductory class will show you how to get a great, low-impact core workout with your own two feet and two poles. Poles available for use.
