Children's program accepting referrals

AREA — Community Concepts is now taking referrals in Androscoggin, Franklin and Oxford Counties. Children and their families receive services from Case Managers, who are licensed social workers.

They work with clients at a level appropriate to their needs in a coordinated fashion with their other providers. Any needs connected to a child's mental health are addressed, including a substance-related disorder, mental retardation, or an Autism diagnosis.

This service is covered by MaineCare. Case Managers will work with families to determine eligibility.

Referrals are welcome from family members, the medical community, individuals, case managers, DHHS, local hospitals, and all other service providers. For more information, call 1-800-866-5588 or 333-6425.
