Final summer breakfast planned

WATERFORD — The last in a series of four Waterford Summer Breakfasts will be held on Wednesday, August 15 from 7:30 to 10 a.m. at the Wilkins Community House, next to the church on Plummer Hill Road.

The full breakfast menu includes scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, donuts, freshly baked muffins, orange juice, coffee and tea, all for just $7 for adults and $4 for children ages five to 10. Children under five eat for free.

Be sure to visit the Wilkins House Basement Yard Sale while at the breakfast. Sale hours are from 7:30 to 11 a.m. on August 15. New items appear at each of the sales, and bargains abound. It's not too early to start your holiday shopping in Waterford!

Proceeds from the breakfast and the yard sale go to the Building Maintenance and Improvement Funds of the Wilkins Community House and Waterford Congregational Church.
