Library offers teen program

NORWAY — Area teens, entering grades seven-12 in the fall, are encouraged to participate in “Celebrate the Night,” an evening of arts and crafts held on Tuesday, July 31, from 6- 8 p.m.

Teens will have a chance to work with various media, to produce multi-layered pieces.

Teens can work by themselves or each other creating art that celebrates the night.
