Chinese auction

PARIS — A Chinese Auction will be held at Oxford Hills Middle School on Saturday, March 16. Doors open at 4 p.m. with drawings beginning at 6:15 p.m. Proceeds will go to Boy Scout Troop 130 for camping and other activities. There will be over 200 items. Chowder

CASCO — The Casco Village Church United Church of Christ, 941 Meadow Road (Route 121) in Casco, is having another fantastic Saturday Supper this Saturday, February 23, from 5 to 6 p.m. It's the annual Soup, Chili, and Chowder challenge! Sample dozens of culinary sensations and vote for your favorites - prizes will be awarded.

There will also be yummy rolls, salads, and of course, homemade pies. The cost is only $7 for adults and $4 for children under eight, with a max of $20 for families with young children. Chase the chill of a cold February evening with warm food, friends, and a festive competition - all at the little white church in the village!

Supper

NO. WATERFORD — Waterford World’s Fair will hold a public supper on Saturday, February 23 at the North Waterford Congregational Church (across from Melby's Market) on Route 35. The menu will be turkey and all the fixings, potato, stuffing, vegetables, bread, drink and of course a slice of homemade pie. The fee is $8 for adults and $4 for children; serving will begin at 5 p.m.
