Tractor club holding meet

WATERFORD — The Maine Antique Tractor Club will be holding a meet at the Waterford World's Fairgrounds located at 36 Irving Green Road, (across from Melby's Market on Route 35 in North Waterford) on Saturday, October 13.

The event will start at 10 a.m. with several different classes; all are done by weight.

For insurance reasons, this event is open to members only but you can become a member that day if you would like to participate. This will be free for the general public so bring your lawn chair or a blanket to sit on and get out and enjoy the beautiful fall day in Maine.

There will be a lunch wagon available for you to purchase noon lunch or you can bring a picnic basket of your own.

There will also be several Lawn and Garden Tractor events and this will depend on the tractors that show up on that day. For more information, call Brian Winslow at 450-1220.
