Seniors

BETHEL — The Bethel Senior Citizens will meet on Wednesday, July 11, at the Bethel Health Center for their trip to Casco Bay/Portland. The bus will leave promptly at 8 a.m. The price of the cruise is $13 and does not include lunch. Non-members will pay $3 to ride the bus. Lunch will be after the cruise at the Country Buffet at the Mall. Members should bring snacks.

If you did not sign up at the June meeting, call Caroline at 824-3226 or Arlene at 824-2877 before July 1.

Divorce 

OXFORD — The Divorce Care Support Group at the Oxford Advent Christian Church, 1130 Main Street, Route 26, in Oxford, will resume meetings from 6 to 8 p.m. on Monday nights in September. For more information, call 743-7310 or e-mail office@oaccmaine.org.

Honey Bee 

SOUTH PARIS — The Oxford Honey Bee Club will hold its next workshop at 1 p.m. on Saturday, July 13, at the Maine Extension Center on Route 26 in South Paris. The workshop is open to anyone interested in honey bees. The topic will be honey flow, adding suppers, when to start extracting and how much honey to leave for winter. There will be an open hive inspection and bring your veils. If you have any questions, call John E. Seilonen at 743-5009.

Nature Club

NORWAY — The Twin Town Nature Club will meet Monday, July 2, at 10 a.m. at 32 Pleasant Street in Norway, the entrance to Ordway Grove, for a walk through the grove. This will be followed by a picnic lunch at Norway Lake and an afternoon exploration of Roberts Farm Preserve. Visitors are welcome. For more information, call John Crumpton at 539-2902.

 Knitting Guild

WATERFORD — The Western Maine Knitting Guild will meet Tuesday, July 3 at 10 a.m. at the camp of Joyce Williams on Foster Avenue in Waterford. To get to the camp, turn left on the second road after Springer's Store. Bring your own lunch. If you want to car pool, meet at 9:45 a.m. at the First Congregational Church in South Paris.
