Church offered for beginners

WEST PARIS — Mission Congregational invites you to come and ask questions about church in an informal setting. Lifestyles have changed in the past 50 years, when going to church on Sunday was the norm.

There are many reasons that people stray from the church: jobs, sporting events, divorce, not knowing anyone or just being too tired. At first, it's like going back to work or school after vacation, but soon it is a welcome part of your week.

The United Church of Christ is a place you can feel at home, regardless of your life situation. Your children will benefit from interaction from seniors and those empty nesters would rejoice in experiencing the laughter and joy of children.

Join in at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, December 5, 12 and 19 at the church on Church St. in West Paris, just down the street from the General Store on the left.
