Thanksgiving service of gratitude set

NORWAY — The community is invited to a one-hour church service of gratitude to God on Thanksgiving morning at 10 a.m. in the Christian Science church at 5 Morrill Road, Norway (diagonally across from the Country Club).

The theme of the service is taken from the Bible passage of Malachi, third chapter, verse 10: “Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the Lord of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it.”

No collection will be taken, but everyone is encouraged to bring a can of food to be given to the Food Pantry in Norway. For more information, call 890-9944.
