East Sumner church welcomes the public

SUMNER — Pastor Howard MacMullen would like to invite the public to share in special events at the Congregational Church of East Sumner.

On November 21 there will be a Thanksgiving Eve Service at 7 p.m., preceded at 6 p.m. by a soup/salad supper.

On December 1 the Church will have a Raffle Table and share in the holiday fun at the Craft Fair at the Buckfield Jr/Sr High School from 9 a.m.-2 p.m.

The annual Living Nativity will take place in the Church yard on December 15 at 6 p.m. with cookies and cocoa afterwards in the vestry. The December 24 Christmas Eve Candlelight Service will be held at 7 p.m.

On December 30, the Church is delighted to have Kathy Saarinen, pastor of the Buckfield Community Church, as guest speaker.
